Prompt and friendly customer service. Stephanie did a great job serving our large party of 11 that was mostly children under age 7. She was friendly and patient and our food was fresh and arrived very quick. I had a bad experience here a year ago and today more than made up for it.
We arrived ahead of the normal Sunday morning crowd. Our server was efficient and friendly. Our order was spot on, arrived timely and hot. I just wish people were more patient as there are staffing shortages everywhere. I appreciate all servers that work and have to put up with obnoxious customers. I recommend this establishment.
Went there hungry left there full & had to leave food still on my plate. Very respectful/Curtious waiter. I forget my phone when I left by the time I noticed & went back he was waiting at the door for me with it.
Building didn’t seem packed but took 20 min before we decided to leave the restaurant and not even order food yet. Person who sat us was nice and brought us coffee, but we couldn’t have anyone acknowledge us for awhile it felt like or help the person take an order. Tread lightly when visiting this location.
Can be hit or miss in terms of the food and service. However, when we visited recently, our food for a table of 5 came out within 10 minutes, and the restaurant was full. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating also!
We asked for refills and the waiter takes our drinks. It takes 10 minutes and got unsweet tea. I had sweet tea.
We really love Scramblers...We have have eaten there a couple of time over the last few weeks. The wait is usually reasonable. The service has been really good - really nice kids working there. The coffee is really good. The food is really good. The fruit bowl is a good healthy side. I have had the traditional eggs Benedict in the past and the ultimate omelette this time in I would recommend both. Wifie had the breakfast which is a lot of food but really good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, with 2 sides. We really enjoyed our meals and visits .
Everything is A-1 and everyone gets to sign up for free birthday meal within the week of! Don't forget to try Waffles... especially with the never ending waffle,pancake or French toast plate! I've never been disappointed! Enjoy!
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Considering that this is a breakfast establishment that's on the expensive side, I expected much better than 'meh.'It wasn't busy when we arrived, so that shouldn't be an issue. Lots of people working, but not actually present. It looks like we're still on the hunt to find a decent breakfast in the area.
Went there on the way to the cemetery to "visit" my in laws. I had a corned beef hash and my wife had the avocado toast. Pleasant service and food was good. It's a little pricey but portions are good. We did have a wait (30 min) to be seated as is common on a Saturday morning. We were able to run an errand and come back, so that was ok. There were empty seats, but that was partly due to covid and partly due to staffing, as is an issue everywhere. Food came pretty fast after we ordered.
