Real, deal ramen! The broths are rich and delicious. The ingredients are perfect and fresh. The tonkatsu and edamame were spot on!

Kara Kapow is spicy. Anything above 2 is at your own risk

It is a decent Japanese ramen shop. Love the counter table that's reminds me a tipecal ramen restaurant in Japan. Places a nice and clean. It's a nice place for quite eat and easy to get the food.

Their vegan ramen was amazing, they even specially boiled some gluten free noodles in separate water for me. Great service, great food, would recommend.

The restaurant is more like a mall food court but the food was perfect! I got the brothless Soba and asked for some spice. They can add heat to any meal and it's a 1-4 scale. I got a 1 which I found to be similar to a 5 out of 10 at a Thai place. This might be because I didn't have the broth but I would still be cautious.

Excellent ramen, gyoza, and edamame. The broth they use for the Paitan is delicious. I've only gotten the Paitan so far but I look forward to trying the other ramen flavors. Not only is the food great, but the employees are always nice and welcoming. I always look forward to coming here for lunch or dinner.

It is great ramen for the price and service you get. Currently my favorite lunch at the North Market. Gyoza are amazing.

Ordered Katsu curry vegan, taste was good and the quantity was more than enough for one more person

I have to say that the broth on the ramen is absolute perfection, but the last few times I ordered, the portion of the meat was extremely small I even ordered and paid for extra meat and it was just a spoonful I am still giving it four stars because I keep going back for the broth and my son absolutely loves the vegetarian ramen. I like it when they use the angel hair pasta. Special request to owner - extra cabbage and cilantro options as well.

As a Japanese person, I often see American ramen places not getting two things right: noodle firmness and soup temperature. Most American ramen places overcook their noodles and serve their soup luke warm. Imagine going to a steakhouse where they have great meat but only serves them well-done. It’s kinda like that.Well, Satori got the important two factors right. The noodles were nice and firm and the soup was hot. I’m not sure why they dice the pork tho, kinda strange choice imo. Tonkotsu soup was not emulsified, which is not really a bad thing but it might throw some people off if they are expecting traditional tonkotsu ramen.
