My friend and I were lucky enough to have Zach as our waiter on Sunday the 7th. We ordered the Coconut Monkey bread after Zach made it sound so delicious and I ordered the Veggie Frittata which was delicious with the oven roasted potatoes. My friend ordered the Eggs Benedict - I think it was the Chef's version cuz it wasn't the plain old Eggs Benedict. When Zach brought me the bill, I gave him my Visa and boxes so I could take home what I didn't eat. When he bought me the slips to sign BUT NOT the original slip that showed the breakdown of the bill. I usually like to take that home with me to remind me who I had treated to lunch. IN FACT, if you could go the extra mile and send me the prices of the above menus items plus she had a beer and I had a hot coffee as I had thought I could look at the breakdown once I got home with the receipt and the itemized bill.
Do not eat here. This is hands down the worst restaurant Iâve ever been to in Columbus and Iâve lived here for 6 years. The food was just okay, all of it came out cold when there was almost no one else in the restaurant and the service could not have been worse. It took over an hour to get our food when we were the only table ordering. With a party of 8, I had to flag down the server to send back my potatoes for being cold and just asked him if he could heat them up and he said yes of course. After we all finished our meals I had to flag him down again and I asked if I could get my potatoes and he simply stated âoh I forgotâ. Many of the orders came out cold or incorrect and he didnât seem to care at all and didnât come to check on us or ask if we needed anything the entire two hours we were there. I have never written a review before but wanted to share as I really wanted to love this place with how close it is to where I live but will not be going back and would not recommend to others.
We wanted to go some place close prior to a soccer match and this hit the mark. We got there just in time for happy hour to get 1/2 off. Only feedback would be server should come around just prior to Happy Hour ending and ask if we wanted anything else before it is over. The food was outstanding - I had the Caesar salad which is so good and favorable (grilled romaine makes it). I then had the Rueben which was great as well - all filling me up to the max. My wife had the salmon which she raved about as well. Overall a great dining experience.
Food was interesting and good but not amazing to the pont with hundreds of restaurants around they stand out. I will say service was a 10/10
Our waiter was nice but the food and drinks were unfortunately mediocre. Perhaps itâs from (unintentionally) coming during Restaurant Week, but we were immediately told that the RW menu was not available to us because our reservation was at 9 pm. We tried ordering twice, and each times ingredients were out of stock. Our appetizer (crab dip) was bland and oily. I settled on a carbonara that was actually a bland Alfredoâ I missed in the ingredients list âblack truffle creamâ which took away from the dish and made it not a carbonara. At the recommendation of our nice server, I had jerk chicken on the side which was actually just burned. My husband had the pork ramen bowl and was a bit distressed both our meals had the same noodles used. Our drinks were alrightâ presentation was better than actual flavor (husband had a smoked old fashioned and I had a bourbon citrusy thing). Likely will not be back.

We went here for Restaurant week. It was a good first trip. Food was good to great with still room too improve. The sticky ribs were great, the matcha cornbread meh. The salmon was on the border of being dry when served medium. The toast was unique and we enjoyed the flavors, great job. The desserts were excellent. My husband had already forgotten his cocktail said it was ok. I had the one with rum and curaçao. Plenty of alcohol however the overwhelming sense was that the ice was watering it down. I did it finish it because it was watery. Our waiter was helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Weâll be back.
I had a good time in January for restaurant week, but this return visit for restaurant week was extremely disappointing, especially the service. We had a party of 6 in a Tuesday evening. 6th person arrived later, but the waiter forgot the drink for the 6th person, had to remind the waiter after delivering the first course. At main course, there were still plates from first courses left on the table ready to be cleaned. the person serving the ribs (seemed like a manager or at least higher position) had to tell another server who was just standing there to take the plates away. The server did not seem to pay attention to the table situation. 1 rib was served 5 minute late, and the butter was forgotten on that plate. Very disappointing about how they handled the dessert. 3 of us ordered tart duo and 3 ordered peach cheesecake. 1 of us had to leave early so she asked to pack cheesecake to go. We were told they were defrosting the filling and needed to take 10-20 minutes, so she decided to go with the tart. When the desert was served, we were told again the cheesecake would take a bit longer, and the 2 people were okay to wait while the tarts were already served. about 5-10 minutes after, a different server brought in 2 plates of tarts saying they were not serving cheesecake tonight. Apparently there was miscommunication today. Very frustrating they brought the tarts in without talking to us first as we ended up choosing Profiteroles Duo so that we could try different dessert. They ended up deducting some cost from our bills, but we were not pleased how we were served. Last time when I ate here for restaurant week, they had to change one menu item because shipping problem with ingredient. I let it slide as I still enjoyed the food and drinks. This time however not acceptable. Ribs were not cooked consistent. some ribs were not cooked well, not tender enough to take the meat off the bones easy. overall food and drink were decent, but service was terrible.
Wait staff was super, and the food was great. We will definitely be back.
