Our food took almost an hour. Our server did not refill our water while we were waiting. Some of the food came out warm.
We stopped here while traveling and were able to be seated right away. The service was great, the food was ok. They asked how we wanted the burger cooked but instead of it being medium rare, it came as well done. The lemonade we had was extremely tart and the manager was kind enough to make me a new one. Nice atmosphere.
They accommodated our volleyball team while in town for a tournament. We were all hungry upon arrival, and our waiter did his best to wait on our large party. The food was average, I had a pizza. So for a non-pizza place, it was good. There are many locations in the Columbus area. I would return in the future.
We just flew in from Florida this afternoon and stopped in for a late lunch after we left the airport. The food was great but our server Maddie completely made the visit worth the trip by herself alone. She was attentive, friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor. We would hope for and ask for her if we ever have the opportunity to co.e back again.
Stopped in for Saturday afternoon lunch & the Rusty Bucket was decent & reliable as always. I had the French onion soup which is usually good & it was today. Had the codwich sandwich w/fries & slaw & so did my wife. The size of the fish SHRUNK since the last time I had it. Our waiter Mitch? (maybe) was great & provided fantastic service. $42 for 1 soup, 2 sandwiches, ice tea & a Mt Dew. Good thing we didn't have any beers or cocktails.
The service was excellent. My Codwich was quite good. The Orange Tazo Tea was delicious. This location has been around for a long time and it shows in the food and seevice. Very convenient on OH315 just above I270, next to The Bristol.
The food was mediocre at best got some wings they were small sauce was to buttery got some spinach queso it was ok kinda warm waaaaaay to expensive for mediocre food.
Love love love this place. I came into town back in December to visit my Aunt. She said we have to go to the restaurant/ bar and grill down the hill from me it is so good. She was right! We both got a hamburger and an appetizer of the chips and Queso to share. Yes the portion sizes are big. We sat at the bar which we both love to do. The hamburger was amazing! In fact it was so good I called my aunt over the weekend and said I almost came to see you just for overnight so we could go back to the Rusty Bucket. She laughed and said I know I have been thinking of that burger for weeks now. Great job and thank you for the excellent food and atmosphere! I will definitely be back.
