Placed an order for well done boneless and when I called to advise they weren’t cooked all the way I was advised I could bring them back so the cook could see look at them but they don’t recook or refund. I’ve never had an issue getting well done food before! They didn’t even have to be well done just cooked all the way. The chicken was gooey and disgusting. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Idk what Covid has done to restaurants but I definitely won’t waste another penny with this establishment
Had a great time. Good food and good service. My friends and I will be back. I would suggest eating at Roosters to everyone.
Great potato skins. Ask to add green onion. Rooster wrap is a favorite. I love the blackened grilled chicken fingers. Finally grilled chicken with flavor. I usually get them in salad. Also nice to get to go if you have no time to really cook, but you have side dishes at home.
Excellant environment and huge portions. Good service and friendly employees. My salad was a bit bland but thier wings are great , as were the onion petals"Rooster Feathers". We were there at 1pm on a week day and they accomodated a party of 10 well
They served us raw chicken and after I complained to the manager she took the chicken to the back and brought back the same food and told me it was fresh. Drove home only to discover they were the same wings with more sauce on them.. It even had the wing I first bit still in it... Never will go there again
People were very friendly food was great believe they need to organize just a bit more but for the most part great job had three people ask us about the same order other than that no problems great place definitely recommend it
We love this location. They always have ample seating, the place is clean, and the food always comes out as ordered. We do takeout from here and it's always quick and hot.
Definitely fell off ....potatoe skins for example were more dry than all the deserts of the Middle East ...hospitality was great but the quality of the food made feel like listening to Kanye West driving backwards on Broad street ?
Love their wings! Always big and juicy, cooked perfectly with no pink around the bone. Got the Thai chili sauce this time, pretty darn good. Also crazy about the curly fries dipped in the blue cheese dressing!
I’m not a daily regular. Today I wish I would have been to get decent bar service. Luckily, I have an air fryer at home to reheat the takeout order that sat at the bar for 20 minutes, asked the bartender if my order was ready, and 15 minutes later gave me the bag that had now been there for 35 minutes. The regulars got their macaroni bites in under 3 minutes and my order was 50% accurate.
