Great and quick service. Excellent food.
First ever visit to this restaurant chain.It took us a bit to get seated but that was because we had a party of 20!Service was good , quick , and attentive by a single waitress.The majority of our group was satisfied with our chicken wraps, however my cheese fries was cold ! My wife's cajon chicken was good but cold as was her smothered tater tots! Several others said their dishes were bland !so Roosters gets an edible but quality of the food was lower then expected for the prices!
I visited two weeks ago for dinner on a saturday night and i was very pleased with the service. Nice to know that the chicken is being made fresh here every day.
I gave 4 stars. Roosters is good, you always know what to expect. They don't seem to have the downward trend in quality and customer service I see so prevalent at many places. Good, quality, affordable meal.
So I used to love roosters. However back in 2016 I noticed that my wings were coming out cold on the tips of the wings and under-sauced or no sauce. This was at the Hillard location and I emailed corporate to voice my complaints. I was sent an apology by Corrie H. from the Henderson location. It was a sincere apology but was never issued a refund or offered coupons to try another dining experience.I did not eat roosters for 6 years after that, until today when I decided to give them a chance and placed a carryout order at the Polaris location.Ended up experiencing similar issues of undercooked wings and not tossed in sauce.Spoke with management and was offered a $5 refund or have them remake my meal. I felt very slighted by this experience and just walked away.Just disappointed in this chain. Used to look forward to eating roosters when I would return from deployments or when I'd come home for the holidays. Ive since moved back home and can't relive my childhood memories because this chain just cant get it together.
Love their traditional wings, but not a fun of the plane pizza
Went in for wife's bday, ordered everything in one shot... in and out under an hour. Hot food happy staff good service and they are always patient with our kiddos! The Italian Sub is hands down the best I've had in 20 states...
Had a wonderful time, great food and excellent service. We had a full table of 13 people and was service appetizers, lunch specials and dessert. Food was hot and cooked wonderfully, drinks were refilled as needed.
The customer service at this location sucks. Each time I do a take out order, I am not greeted when I walk in and I have to beg for utensils. This location must do better because may patrons are still doing carry out orders and would appreciate being greeted as if we were dining in..
It's always a great place to go to, plenty of different items to choose from the menu, it's kind of only alcarte so u can order a burger but does not come with fries but the prices are reasonable. The califlower wings are good, and so are the wings. I highly recommend giving a try
