It was my first time trying this restaurant. Riziki was very patient, and she kindly explained the menu. The food was very good and flavorful, especially the Sambusa and chapati. The ginger juice is the best I have ever tried. The prices are very reasonable. They also provide great customer service...will definitely order more in the future.

We decided to venture out and try cuisine that was new to us both and found Riziki Swazili Grill located in Forest Park East. The food was delicious and very close to Indian. We had the beef Sambusa appetizer (no pic -- we ate them straightaway), chapati platter w/chicken and beans, and the biriani chicken platter.

I found this place walking by to another restaurant. The best pineapple ginger juice. The beautiful queen at the counter was super nice. I loved her energy & vibe. I'll be returning for more juice and to taste the food?Update: I finally made it back to taste the food on 7/8/2022. The food is full of deliciousness ?. I highly recommend this restaurant. The owner & staff are AMAZING QUEENS!

Every single thing we ordered was beyond delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Overall, I think this place has a very interesting menu that stands out among the other local African restaurants in Columbus. However, I thought the flavors were very reserved for African cuisine and there surprisngly wasn't any heat. Everything was quality: beef curry had a great consistency, chapati was rich and tasty, snapper was cooked very well, kale had a subtle but pretty excellent flavor. I just didn't get any strong flavors. The coconut cream on the fish had a very subtle flavor and ugali is a neutral dish, so the plate was just waiting for something to pop. As critical as I might sound, Riziki serves good food nonetheless. Just don't expect to be punched in the mouth with flavor.

Absolutely outstanding! We dined at Riziki's this evening and it was a delightful experience from beginning to end. We were greeted by the gorgeous Ms. Telly and were seated immediately. We explained we'd never eaten this type of food before, and she was so excited to share her cuisine's story with us. She spoke to us very kindly and even brought out some farm fresh strawberries for our little one. All the food we ordered was out of this world; flavorful, fresh, and just lovely! It's a quaint spot, that would remind you of an island vibe. So homey and down to earth. Highly, highly recommend!

I love the delicacies, so yummy, clean, and decent services n atmosphere. Goat, chapati, kachumbari, sukuma wiki, tangerine, ginger-pinaple, Zanzibar spice tea ☕. I recommend anyone try this Best East African good people's Dishes.

Found Riziki's in looking for a neighborhood restaurant with unique food since we love amazing foods from all cultures! Riziki did not disappoint! She greeted us personally and talked with us, remembering our names, which made the experience very personal. Riziki's is small inside, but homey. NOTE: Each dish is made to order, so be prepared to give her time to create. You will find it well worth it! The chicken and beef sambusa's were fantastic! Who needs egg rolls when you can have Riziki's sambusa's?! We shared the Ugali with goat curry and the Pilau platter with chicken curry. Both were very good, warming and filling. We had the tamarind tea, also very good! We will definitely be Riziki regulars and have been itching to go back already! Thank you, Riziki!

Hidden gem of authentic Swahili food with a simple relaxing atmosphere. We got Zanzibar special fried fish with curry on top. Beef and chicken sambusa (samosas). Goat curry with cozy spice.

Best food is all I can say ? check out the sambosas
