This place is amazing. We hosted our son's 5th birthday here. Our theme was KID WOLF (Teen Wolf 1985) and it was great. The managers were very accommodating the staff was nice and friendly and the food... the food is AMAZING. They the greatest fries on earth they remind you of those that you get at a fair. The burgers are a good size and melt in your mouth. Thus is a great date place or for a family outting. Great prices just a overall good time. Update: Food is still GREAT, and so is the staff
Not impressed. The burger was okay. It’s not worth it to get a single patty but the double is $7.50. I can get the exact same thing at McDonald’s if I really want to. The fries are good. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.
What a throwback...This place is really cool it is like the restaurants of the 50's and 60's. The service was awesome - great staff. The burgers were delicious. The chili cheese fries were really good. I don't normally eat at "fast food" restaurants but this was a great time. It has that steak and shake vibe but ritzy's has great service and really good food.
My mom talks about how great Ritzy’s used to be before they left Columbus and she was so happy to find one has moved back! She and my sister both really like the food. I think it’s pretty comparable to Five Guys but the fries are very different. Ritzy’s has the really thin shoe string fries compared to Five Guys more traditional fry. Great selection of great ice cream flavors! And they do a great job of keeping the tables clean.
It was awesome! Great food and pricing. Fries where insanely thin and crispy. Burger is pretty much make your own and smash patties so can’t be that. All around a good quick meal and half the price of other places to eat in the area.
The steak burger was absolutely delicious 'fast service great quality and the flavor was epic . I had to try the strawberry milkshake with whip cream and Oreo crumbles on top 'i will definitely be a repeat customer and I'm going to make it a point to try something different each time . 5 Stars isn't enough.,???
Awesome food. I'm just not caring for the young light skin man whom treats me like I'm attempting to steal my food every time I come to enjoy a diamond in the rough as it's not conveniently close to my home. Sorry buddy but it's best to learn sooner than when it's too late. So 3⭐️for guy with ?? customer service. Go Ritzy's
The food was amazing. Great hotdogs and burgers. The shoestring fries tasted great as well. I gave it a 4 star due to the milk shake tasting too much like weakly flavored strawberry milk instead of strawberry shake. Just wasn't enough flavor and very liquidy
I get upset when Columbus folks argue about the best smash burger and don’t mention Ritzys.It’s classic, and delivers. Not overly complicated or flashy, just a great traditional cheese burger. Everything tends to be fresh and I can smack down a double with bacon and a pile of cheese fries and not make me feel bad at all.I miss living so close, very happy I was able to stop by last night. Love you Ritzys !
