Dining out night for the family. Enjoyed our visit. Food was good. I did feel that the bottomless sides was a bit underwhelming because portion sizes seemed noticeably smaller than other nearby restaurants. Pretzel bites were hard as a rock so we had them remake them and they were perfect the second time. Our server did a great job. Would recommend for a casual family dinner night out.
Great food and great server. The host/hostess was the only reason for losing a star. We walked in and asked for a table, not a booth, and he/she said "we don't have a table. Will a booth be fine?" We told him/her, no it won't. Then we were seated at a table. Turns out there were several tables available. They weren't very busy at all, seeings how it was after 9pm

Nikki was our server and was incredibly rude and down right disrespectful. We had been given dirty plates and silverware with our appetizer. Paid through their kiosk and was notating the dirty dishes in the survey at the end of the pay screen. she approaches the table screaming asking if we are going to have a problem then continues to carry on when I explain what I was doing. I have never in my life been screamed at by a server especially after leaving a tip and paying the tab. it made the entire experience awful I really hope they get someone else in there to replace her

Very good food and saw a super cute girl with curly short black hair. Wouldn't mind some of that for an appetizer. Nom nom nom.

I'm so in the fence about this because our server was absolutely AMAZING! Honestly, best customer service I have had in years. However, they were out of multiple main menu items like the crispy chicken sandwich. Our cheese sticks came out twice with all the cheese blown out, then the kids corn dogs were burnt so hard none of us could bite down.Their expediting system has random people not the servers taking the food out for faster service. Except those people and the kitchen are NOT doing their jobs.
