Great server Adam! My parents love him and ask for him every time they go to this Red Lobster! Highly recommend
This was my first and last visit to a Read Lobster. The server was aloof, rude and had zero knowledge of Celiac safety procedures. I requested a menu with gluten friendly options and was given several sheets of paper with nutrition facts like calories, fat, etc. She was clueless that a Celiac cannot digest gluten or even what gluten was! Of the three things on the menu I decided were relatively risk free I ordered the filet. It came out charred & crispy and nearly black! Clearly the cooks are no better than the service staff. Clearly there were no efforts to prevent cross contamination bc I have been sick since dinner! My friend had to send her salmon back three times bc it was under cooked. Each time took far too long to bring it back.
Food was hot, quick and delicious. Wait staff was super friendly and attentive
Very pleasant and clean atmosphere. Attentive wait staff. Front of house staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Had the endless shrimp (Monday's special) and there was never a point where I was waiting for my next plate or waiting for a beverage refill. Even though they were decently busy(dinner rush), I never once was in need or waiting to continue my meal. Excellent job.
For several years we have been hesitant to come to Red Lobster as service and food quality has truly suffered. We chose this one as it was a good location to meet family. Let’s just say it was a WOW-Moment for us. The meals were excellent. And our server Solita was superb! I’m so glad we came to this location. We will return.
I wish I could say it was wonderful because so many good memories came from there. This is the first time back after the pandemic. It’s very dirty that you can smell it. The waitress was kind but there was a problem with a side dish of my husbands meal to where he couldn’t eat it and she made no offer to remove it from the bill. The amount of food is considerably smaller. We hope it gets back to where it was.
Very friendly atmosphere and nice people
The service is usually good at this location but the quality of the food is going down hill. I would rather spend a little more on a steak as long as it is good. Their steaks are almost to the point of not being edible.
Was absolutely amazing, food and service. Our first time but now it won’t be our last. We had Brandon and he made sure we was friendly kind and welcoming and kept our drinks filled. Loved it will go again for sure.
Our waitress is just great. She is what keeps us coming back. Great service. She is also the bartender
