If you want faster service please go through the drive thru. Took them 25 minutes after i ordered to get my food. ts chicken and fries.... what could be a 25 minute wait? You plucking a live chicken back there? They said they were waiting on chicken but saw at least 30 cars go through the drive-through in that 25 minutes. The guests that take their time to get out of their car and come inside are just as important as the guest in your drive-through. Absolutely insane. Get home and the "chicken" is all breading...
never open when it says they should be and management of the line is awful. communicate to your customers your hours and any exceptions to the norm. this location has certainly lost countless amounts of business due to the basic management neglecting to follow their hours or notify apple maps, google maps, yelp, etc.Canes seems to be dealing with their understaff problem by being extremely vague on their terms of operation hoping to decrease the amount of customers presumably.This location is the most inconsistent in the area at keeping their information up to date.Foods mediocre and decreasing in quality every month it seems since canes begun to go mainstream. Sucks to see mismanagement begin to kill what was once a go-to option.
Closed earlyMy daughter and I went there at 9:15pm. The web says they close at 10. The voice at the other end of the magic ordering machine had no cute rhyme which was sad enough (LOL) but then she told me they were closed. I pointed out that there was a car paying at the first window. She said they closed after them. I get closing early. Pandemic life creates challenges & I wouldn't have cared if no one were in line but being 45 minutes before close and about 30 seconds after the previous customer...sucked. They've closed early a few times. Maybe it's time to officially change the closing time.
paid $15 for my food and all the pieces of chicken where just that. pieces. I used to get large pieces. I loved raising Cane's. don't know what happened. I know economy isn't the same anymore. but this was a joke. highly recommend skipping this place.
Never did I think I'd leave a bad review for Cane's, but this location has the driest chicken I've ever had - gross and chewy. And then the fries I got were all an inch or smaller, like broken bits of fries only. Ridiculous.
Good always tastes so good! Never screw up my order the only downside is that the line is always long for the drive through. My favorite food place for lunch :)
The drive thru sucks. Waited over 30 minutes. Because the rent a cop was on break, one person cut the line. The food is very tasty. I do think the chicken pieces have gotten smaller.
Employee said we couldn’t sub out anything on the 3 finger combo even tho the board says you can. Gave me ice even though I said no ice please 2x.

This Canes unfortunately always has a very long line that is usually wrapped around the building. Though they are efficient with moving the line it does seem to take longer than one would think. Then, unfortunately they decided to change their close time to 6 PM!! ???What a joke. Since the average American doesn't get off work until 5 or after. Way to screw up dinner for a lot of people Canes. ?
