This place used to be awesome.Always got my food extra crispy when I asked but lately, that's not been the case.Lately, I've had to bring it back to get it right. This has happend 3 times now in the last month or so.We love Canes but I've been going elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
The chicken is always fresh, a long line at the drive through can appear in the blink of an eye, but they're pretty good at moving it along.
I see ALL LOCATIONS have shortened the size of chicken strips they provide and raised the prices on each meal. Raising Cane's should real consider changing something to make the both sides happy. Including their profits and their customers! Just my opinion!
These days, it's really important to go to a fast-food restaurant and have everything in your order correct, along with the staff being friendly. Cane's checked off all the boxes here and I would definitely return!
Alot of us construction workers are upset we cant go in an order takeout. Our trucks are to big for the drive thru. But the food is always amazing! If we could do take out i would give it 5 stars all day.
Can you train the employees so they know that asking for extra toast or fries does not automatically mean instead of coleslaw? Not a huge deal first couple of times, but when I started saying, "I do still want the coleslaw though" I was treated rudely for saying that as if it wasn't needed. Yet every time I don't say it it happens.Other than that never had any issues, but this is continually happening.
Disappointed. Went by tonight before their posted closing hours. No ones on mic. You pull around to the window and see a group of staff who are all purposely ignoring you. All the drink tanks are empty they look like they are closed even though decals in the windows say 11pm and website and Google say 10 pmI can understand if they have have close early but put some signs up instead of making people sit thereI won't put this on the employees the managers need to set better protocol and have their information updated
EDIT.. I posted the first part a while back. I came by again and now there is a sign in the window.. The last 4 times I have come here they have either closed early or not been open at all. The recording on their phone says that they are open until 11pm, Google says 10pm, it's 915pm and they are closed again.
I love Cane's very much, one of my favorite go-to places to eat. But a lot of times when I go to this location, the chicken is overcooked, small, and more gristle than it is chicken. My fries seem to be hard as a rock every time I get some. I've never had any issues with the staff at this location, always very professional and kind. I thought I would give them one more chance tonight, and I wish I didn't. Fries were incredibly hard and for some odd reason my chicken sandwich tasted and smelled like cigarettes. Now this was just before they close so maybe everybody was on their break and I understand how the end of the night can be stressful. But I just couldn't eat my meal.
Tried to get in around 7:45 pm today (on a Thursday) and they were closed . Not sure if you’re understaffed and have no one to finish night shift but I saw another review like this for days prior to mine. How about maybe changing the hours online until you can be fully staffed for the entirety of operating hours—wasted my gas and time.
