Always great food and fast even with the long line it's not slow its worth the wait and always friendly and helpful and patient
I love canes. The menu is incredibly simply so you know what you’re getting. The inside is coated in different posters and pictures which gives it its own style! The customer service at this location is wonderful?
I was in Columbus visiting for a few days and this place was right by my hotel. Everytime I drove by the drive thru line was ridiculously long. I ordered my food online for pickup and now I know what the line was for... this place was amazing. Everything tasted super fresh and the Cane's sauce is different but soooo good.
Just checking here for fries...they were hot and fresh! The Canes sauce was great with them. The food is good service ain't bad...but that drive-thru line stays long! Be prepared to get in line or go inside.
Food is okay. They are drive through only, but there are no signs for that. They will tell you that they can not accept any rewards cards or deals. You have to ask for the manager to get your rewards deal. Annoyed that the buy one get one still charges you a dollar for the 'free' box.
The lady at the 1st window who takes your cash or card during weekday lunch is one of nicest people ever! Always smiling, always asks how your day is, and not in a corporate forced way, just her authentic self. All Canes have long lines, this one is no exception. But, order is always hot and fresh, the staff is nice, and it goes quick for as many cars are in line.
First off I will say meals are on the pricey side. That being said tho, the quality is second to none. Cane's serves the hands down the best chicken tenders I've ever had and their sauce is indeed the boss. My family and I look forward to visiting them in the future!
For the past few months, this location refuses to serve anyone without a car and I find that absolutely ridiculous. What's the issue in leaving the dining room open for just to-go orders? The portions have also gotten smaller over time while the prices have gone up...
Wow. We love to eat at Raising Canes. Any time we travel and find one we definitely eat at a Raising Canes. Basic menu but who needs more than what they offer...chicken tenders, fries, toast (which my entire crew of kids love), special sauce (which my son loves). My husband loves their tea. If you ever drive by a Raising Canes. Stop. If you see a crazy long line, get in that line!!!! It actually moves fairly fast and definitely worth that wait.
These aren't just chicken fingers or chicken tenders these are chicken tenderloin finger the best in the city but it's not the tenderloin that makes the tendon it it's the tenderloin mixed with the amazing Secret Sauce they serve that brings out the burst of flavor when it hits your tongue. True story Lee eat it weekly and I will continue till the day I die I love Raising Cane's.
