We went there with a party of 20 after all ball game for all you can eat wing night. We got there at 830. We recognized that our party was large and offered to split up into different sections but they said it was ok and sat us all in one place. They didn’t take our order until just before 9 and our food didn’t arise at the table until just before 930. We asked if we could order more wings and they said that we could and placed our orders. At 1017 the server came out and told us we would not be getting our orders. She told us the manager would not be coming to talk to us and it was going to take time for her to figure out the bills so we waited further. We asked to speak to a manager again and she said the manager didn’t want to speak to us. We left after only having 5 wings and a handful of fries each. Which is okay but the time wasted and the refusal of management to talk to us is unacceptable. Won’t go here again
My teen son loves their ribs. It's the only reason we go here every few weeks. Nothing to rave about. Staff doesn't want to be there and it's obvious. Way overpriced for what you get in return. This is a dying franchise unfortunately. Used to be a fun outing.

The flavors of the bone in chicken wings were excellent! They have over 20. I had the Louisiana Lick and the Korean BBQ. These had the right amount of spiciness and were very pleasant. I will definitely be back.
Came with a party of 15+ at lunch time for a corporate lunch. The server was amazing! The food was pretty decent. I left my food on the table. Like, almost my whole meal. 2 bites out of a huge burger, 8 wings and a side of Mac and cheese. Who in their right mind would throw that away instead of sitting it to the side in case they came back? The host who answered acted like she didn’t even care, supposedly checked the table, wouldn’t check with the server and hesitantly said she could see if the kitchen manager would remake it but probably not. She did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. We just spent over $500, leaving a nice tip. We won’t be back.

I just wanted to say that we have eaten at this restaurant every year for the last 5+ years when we are here for certain events. Tonight was the best time we’ve had. Our waitress Taylor was the best. It was like she read everyone’s minds. We had a group of 14 and I feel like that can be overwhelming. But Taylor went above and beyond and handled our table with perfection! Thanks for making this a great night!!
When we came in we noticed the music was unedited when visiting so my 3 year old got to experience hearing about h*s, b*ches, and n*gas... which was not cool. Food was fine server was nice but atmosphere was like a wannabe bar/club which sucked the life out of the entire meal. ***Update, I outreached to the email they provided me but no one ever responded....
Free parking. Handicapped accessible but narrow paths to our table. I don't like to dwell on the bad, so I'll simply say this is the worst wing value in Ohio. Our food was good, but our wings were way overpriced. Nice server. There are much better wing options in Central Ohio.
The sign on the door said it all: please be patient. We are short staffed. The food was very good. Grandson had chicken stripes. I had chicken and strawberry salad. We both enjoyed our food. Service was not their normal but we understand. My suggestion is to only seat the number if people you can serve or don't spread them out over the entire restaurant. Save those servers some steps. I would have waited, for a while, for better service. If you are short on cook staff, reduce your menu. I think most people would understand.
