Out of 3 sandwiches we ordered, two were incorrect. One had onions although we verified we didn't have onions in the order. We paid for bacon in another and it wasn't on the sandwich. The store wasn't busy, and the order was done at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. There was no option in the app or confirmation email to report a problem with the order.
I love their sandwiches. I always get a skinny roast beef and turkey with provolone cheese, mustard, oil and Italian seasoning with a side of pepper. They also have great cookies! It’s a nice dine in area as well(always clean). The staff is super friendly.
Waited at takeout stand and order was never placed there. Then had to come back for forks . food was great but experience was disappointing for our first time ordering. However Active Menus was easy for me and my kids to order.
I always love their Mediterranean and the Veggie. Don't miss the peppers and pickles on the side , they are the best
Ice cold grilled chicken sandwich. Hardly any cheese despite paying extra for it. Heard a tattooed freak that I guess is the manager complain about having to remake an order. Don't want my food to get spit on so won't be asking for a correction. Just avoid.
Had a great experience ordering through active menus. Potbelly is a workplace favorite here. Great service and food.

Incredibly disappointing! They actually charge $2.49 for one slice of cheddar cheese! And it's disgusting that they hand tore that one slice. How about shredded cheese like every other restaurant?!
Ordered from Potbelly sandwich shop for National Sandwich Day. When someone orders a salad with cheddar cheese they expect shredded cheddar, not ONE SLICE OF hand torn cheese that you charge $2.49 for!!! It's really pretty disgusting knowing that someone put their hands on my cheese. I ordered the Farmhouse Salad it was also supposed to have egg in it any it didn't. Potbelly can't ever seen to get anything right. They overcharge and things are often missing from orders. Its incredibly disappointing. I also ordered the BLTA. Unfortunately, it doesn't even taste like a BLT because they don't use regular bacon. It's always incredibly dry, the tomatoes are tasteless, and the bacon tastes burnt.You should take a page out of Jason's Deli's handbook! Their Bigger Better BLT is the absolute best sandwich I've ever tasted! And their salads have 41 custom ingredients THAT THEY NEVER CHARGE EXTRA FOR!!! They have several cheese cheeses and you can get one cheese, or all of them, and the cheese is shredded! The fact that Potbelly charges $2.49 for ONE PIECE OF hand torn cheddar cheese is absolutely ridiculous!!!I keep telling myself that we won't go back to Potbelly. Last time I had string in my meal, the time before that there was hair in my salad. We should've gone to Jason's!
