Waited 15 min in line to have my food basically thrown at me out the window. Bag crumpled all to hell, covered in grease. Damn good thing I looked in to make sure it was all there! I would of been eating at my next destination without any silverware for my Mac! This place is really going downhill with the recent management changes. When I called to help this manager out by letting him know what’s going on at the window he acted like he didn’t see the problem.They were also out of almost all the items I wanted so I gave up and stopped spending my money cause I was over it. If you keep your store stocked you’ll make more money!
THIS location (Rt 161 before I-71 ) is amazing. While you'll probably see a long line on entry, don't let that fool you. The line move decently fast. Of course, every line has that person who can't make up their mind and decides to order the whole menu, outside of that, their drive -thru is impressive.
After a long day at the Ohio Beef Expo, most restaurants were closed but we were thrilled to see that Popeyes was still open and taking orders! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Employees working the windows and drive thru speaker were very pleasant and made our experience great.
Good food but the line is ALWAYS too damn long. They need to have a order pickup window or call in so you don't have to wait in line when you already ordered.Having to wait so long will always limit the amount of times I go to this restaurant.
This location is very busy. You have to pack your patients if you choose drive through services due to the long wait time to submit and receive your order. You would be better served to go in and purchase your order with the Customer Service Worker directly. This will decrease your wait time. If you place an order double check it. I have had either missing items or the wrong item for some orders placed. When you need to correct your order be sure to have your receipt This will make the process of correcting your order go smoothly. I will laced an order for the Spicy chicken sandwich. The sauce was just the weight amount and very tasty. The chicken appeared to be a little pinked in color in the middle of the sandwich. I also ordered a 3 piece white spicy white meat with Mac and cheese with an extra biscuit. I enjoy the honey on the biscuits and the spicy chicken was crispy and spicy. The Mac and cheese was good just not enough. The portion was too small for my liking. I will go back to this location during the off peak busy time of day… lunch and dinner. Due to the wait time.

Eat here all the time. Food is always hot and fresh. Only problem is they don't always put everything in the bags but have no problems getting it fixed with management. Don't go to KFC'S anymore. Popeyes is much better. Love the chicken sandwich and new flounder sandwich. Place is always busy so, be patient and no your order is fresh. Mac and cheese is to die for and one of the best coleslaws around.
First time going there, food was delicious and great service.
I was in drivethru and ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo and this is what they gave me but the bill was charged for spicy chicken sandwich combo.This is the first time I go to Popeyes and bad experience!
Placed a mobile order for a few food items and the Frozen lemonade. My daughter chose that over the mountain dew that is shown on the mobile app. I placed the order to pick up in the Drive-Thru because I specifically didn't want to go in for a number of reasons. When I gave my name and that it was a mobile order, they told me to pull around. When I finally got to the window I was asked to come in and pick the order up with no explanation. The young lady was very nice about it and I told her that I specifically ordered for drive-thru because I didn't have a mask with me (and quite frankly I was just tired to be honest) but she said I didn't need a mask so I agreed since it's already paid for. I go in and tell them I'm there for mobile order that was placed for drive thru but asked to come in, lady processed order and then they asked me what I want to substitute for the frozen lemonade because they don't have it, so I said mountain dew which was my daughter's other option looking at the mobile app. This particular location doesn't carry Pepsi products they carry Coke products. So my complaint is not with any of the employees from this location because they were all very friendly. My issue is more so for the app developers and corporate allowing somebody to order certain items that some locations don't carry. They may need to get with some of the other fast food locations whose mobile app is better designed and can tell when certain things are not available and it avoids letting you purchase it and then have to try to substitute it for something else because the stores can't issue the refunds for mobile orders.Again both ladies that I came into contact with at the store were kind and professional and I have NO issues with them whatsoever. The store was clean and while I didn't necessarily like the fact that I had to go inside, I was in and out in a matter of 3 to 5 minutes and the food was fresh. And this is the first time getting the macaroni and cheese and I must say that it's very good!!
