Honestly love Popeyes, but very disappointed when I came through 15 minutes until close to be told there was a limited selection of food left and they would not be making more upon any request.So I ordered the 3 piece tender, not receiving a drink or a side but yet charged 9.99 for three tenders.Also, for an ice water, there is a charge of $2.49 cents. You could justify .50 cents or something for the cup. But for you to get a water is the same price for a fountain drink?I don’t think I will continue to be a returning customer.
Was told there's a 13 minute wait for CHICKEN WINGS. Who would have guessed a customer would ORDER CHICKEN WINGS at a restaurant that serves....well...CHICKEN WINGS??? I guess I caught them off guard by ordering chicken wings and they had to actually make them fresh. I live close to the restaurant and by the time I got home(less than 5 minutes away) the bottom of the bag was SOAKED with GREASE . It was as if they poured the chicken out of a skillet WITH the grease it was fried in. I know its not a 5 star establishment, but C'MON, SON!!! You can do better than that. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the chicken WAS hot at least.
Rude as hell. Manager was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. Paid for my food online and never received it for pick up. They claimed they seen my order on the screen but couldn't see my order. Most ghetto and rude place in Columbus. Little girl in the drive thru window is gonna get hurt by someone because of how rude and unprofessional she is.
Had to mix spicy and regular to fill 10pc family dinner or wait 15 minutes for the rest of my order.

i love their biscuits brought three two large pk chicken both terrible biscuits dry as the desert chicken dry also as if they had been several days old, we had a family crisis it was best just to order for a good a number of people boy was i wrong fish po'boy was very good the chicken po'boy not even fried correctly still felt jelly like half cooked meat Fff SUMMER SCHOOL FOR YOU
Very Very Slow and was not polite. And after all that I paid for, they gave me the wrong chicken. My wife could not eat because she doesn't eat spicy foods. UGH

Idk what they smoking in there but the customer service is horrible the prices don’t match the menu and the lil girl in the drive thru was about to get snatched out the window for all the unnecessary attitude if you don’t like your job get a new one poor management can be seen throughout the place not to mention they messed my order up as well good thing I knew someone who was working at the time that I could trust to fix everything
