Absolutely horrible customer service from all tiers. As a woman of color it pains me to see my people operate at such a poor level. Admittedly, I prefer to support businesses located in the black community but I will not continue to pay for incorrect orders or unprofessionalism. If you have a taste for Popeyes keep driving past this one to another location. As a people we should stop expecting others to elevate us when we can't elevate ourselves.

I was at Popeye's on Saturday Livingston Avenue restaurant the young lady that took the order same light she was tired play speaking to me not what I asked for our Aunt to repeat then someone else came in and tried to bum rush and talking it didn't work I understand they speak to people everyday and get spoken to some time not nice but you should be on your toes at all time you should not have to bum rush in talking to anyone I also noticed this at the Popeye's on East Broad Street in Whitehall same attitude again I understand all day talking with people that messes their order up and then expect for the restaurant to understand what they want just a good hello and welcome to Popeyes what is your order is enough if they can't hear you just say I could not hear you also the one is taking the order should not have to be working around in the restaurant and trying to hear the order I believe that's a little too much for them. I know everyone has their own station and I know it gets hectic at times the workers should address this with their manager and decide on a good way to resolve some problems if not they should talk to a district manager
Do not ever go to this location again. Really long line at the drive thru and when I finally got to the window said I had a mobile order they said to pull around and we will bring it right out. I pulled around and I waited an additional 25 min to get food. I had to get out of my car and knock on the window to speak to someone about my food. Stay away from this location.
Absolutely DELICIOUS!! TERRIFIC!EVERYTHING WAS HOT, NOT GREASY, VERY TASTY. DIDN'T KNOW WE WERE GETTING BISCUITS..... SO GOOD.. THIS IS OLD SCHOOL POPEYE'S. THANK YOU NORTHERN LIGHTS POPEYE'S ON CLEVELAND AVE IN COLUMBUS OHIO. WE ENJOYED EVERYTHING!!
I ordered 3 kids meals didn’t receive the toys or no sides just a tender and juice I also ordered 2 spicy tender basket didn’t revive a side for one or no honey for the biscuits ???
Food gave us both food poisoning. Mac and cheese looked like it was sitting in the fridge for a week and then burnt in the microwave. Not ever coming back.
You got to audit these mfs. They will overcharge you and forget to put the stuff in the bag. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the 161 location. You'll save money by getting all the stuff you pay for regardless of the gas you use getting there. Tasty tho
Service varies depending on location. Menu prices and available options are based on location. Dine in is also based on locations. Popeyes on Cleveland avenue in northern light does not offer dine-in or ordering. You must use drive thru only.
This is the worst Popeyes on the Northside they either always closed, line always wrapped around the corner, could never pick up ya door dash or grub hub orders saw a crew member drop chicken on the ground than put it in the grease, management is terrible, customer service terrible they need to really shut this place down
