Tried the chicken sandwich for the first time. It was delicious. A nice slice of onion would have topped it off for me. Fries were good and hot. It was a perfect lunch for me. I will come for another sandwich soon. Thank you
I got a 3 piece meal with 3 small sides and spent over $17. The chicken was super small pieces and the food taste terrible. I took one bite of each thing and gave it all to a homeless person. I could not have been more disappointed. I will never go back there again.
This Location messed my order up. I ordered 2 of the two-piece big boxes with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese got a milk and a Sprite they forgot one of the chicken boxes of mashed potatoes the milk they have no biscuits to give us who is okay with that but are mashed potatoes after we told them they gave us the chicken but only got home it was in edible they was so hard and crispy our dinner was ruint it would be nice to have replacement dinners
The drive threw workers were both kind of rude. But I think just super busy and stress. We ordered chicken tenders meal and a chicken sandwich meal. went to window they said chicken sandwich was frozen and they couldn't make it an asked if we wanted something else. Had to pay almost 4 more extra dollars. They made us wait from 12:30-12:55. They ended up also giving us a chicken sandwich as well. We only got one side for each meal which was supposed to come with 1 other. I most likely will not be coming back here. But their food is amazing and so good. Just time consuming with rude staff.
I was picking up an Uber order at the S. High St. location in Great Southern. It was on New Years Day. 6:30p.m. There was a caucasian female that came to the drive thru window and said, "We are closed." and walked away.There was another female working. I he look d up my phone stating I was picking up an order. Neither one of them asked for information or tried to make it right. I parked and called Uber support. While I was on the phone, I noticed an African American male come out, lock the door, and proceed to get in a small black car to leave. He didn't even look into the situation. I have a problem with this for two reasons. One: Nobody acknowledged the situation with the Uber order. There is a customer who chose to order Popeye's Chicken that will not get their food. From staff that simply don't care. Two: The restaraunt was closed outside the closing hours posted. There was no type of notice. There were no signs or anything stating them closing early. Because of this experience, I will NEVER go to this location.They obviously don't care about providing good customer service. I feel a rating of one is not deserving. I would rate this location ZERO stars.
Walked into the store around 12:15 pm today and was told if I didn't have a delivery it was mobile orders or drive thru only. I just moved to Columbus and don't have a car. I am appalled at the lack of consideration for paying customers. Not everyone has a car and if the lobby is open customers shouldn't ha e to use their phone to order. Very disappointed.
This Popeyes is so bad. It is ghetto. They did not give us any straws. They forgot our fries. They did not tell us if they only had cherry cola and not regular Coke. How to find out by drinking it after getting home and not being able to tell them. If they are out of Coke they should tell you at the window or the speaker.

To be honest this dont even deserve a star!!!!! As a doordasher are app tells us to cut the line! And u wanna get upset u should already have the food made it's really simple get a order you make it! The lady with a bald as head was rude
Lady that took our order was great. Waiting for it I thought they forgot about us. Very disorganized it seemed. New crew perhaps
