Awesome experience food was hot awesome service and the food tasted great a big fan of the red beans and rice!!!! The manager also came out with complimentary fresh apple pies. Was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a fast food chain in a long time I wish I had gotten a few of the crews names but I was blown away.!!!!
Food was hot and fresh. Tasted wonderful. Haven't had popeyes in a few years and was a little sad the cajun rice was gone but that spicy chicken was on point. Tasted just like I remember. I'd come back here for sure and not for the food but because of the staff at this location. Everyone was communicating with each other about what was needed and was doing so with respect and no attitude. I was very pleased to see everyone working in unison to fill orders and make sure every customer was taken care of and left happy. I went inside because the drive up was rather busy. The staff here didn't miss a beat and took care of the drive ups and the walk ins in a timely manner. Keep up the hard work everyone!
Great food for sure but the staff is seriously lazy. Second time and the staff forgets half my order. So I have to go all the way around again and show them my receipt and the food they gave me that it wasn’t right. Please take time to make sure people have their food.
They got our order right and all the food was pretty good except for the fries. The fries were horrible. They tasted like they were fried in really old, dirty oil. I ate, maybe five, and even dipping them in Bayou Buffalo sauce didn't make them edible.
Very disappointed. I received the wrong food the Sprite drink was partially brown and taste like well water. Trash all over the kitchen floor and workers walked around it. Drive thru window greasy and dirty. I got home and through the food in the trash!
Service could have been better but it wasn't too bad drive-thru was moving faster than counter service they need to improve counter service it shouldn't take people inside the store twice as long as the drive-thru to get their food if I'm in your store and have to wait more than 20 25 minutes or even closer to 30 minutes for my food and nobody cares about their customers inside the store I don't think I would come back if this going to constantly be a problem

I live close to here. Its the closest popeyes to me! I LOVE popeyes but I HATE this one! Every single time they mess my order up! I want a classic chicken sandwich no pickle they give me spicy with pickle! I ask for light mayo they give me extra spicy... It doesn't matter what I order they get it wrong! My first job was fast food! I worked it for 3 years! I just don't understand how nobody here can comprehend a single order and get it out the window correctly!!!!
Says they close at 10pm but stop serving customers at 9:40pm that’s still 20 minutes to take care of the customer. Horrible management & horrible teamwork. Close this establishment!
Four of us visited during lunch hour on the weekend. The food was hot, fresh, and very good. The staff were friendly and the service was great, both fast and accurate. The dine-in area was open and clean.
