Ordered chicken wings and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. No problem I can wait. Told me to pull forward and wait. I pulled forward. A few minutes later an employee came out and told me to pull in front of the building which I did. Other cars began to line up behind me waiting. Twenty minutes went by and employees came out with bags giving them to the cars behind me. I waited 15 more minutes, nothing. I called the store and told them I had been waiting almost an hour. "We're sorry, we didn't see you". I was parked where they told me to park. Walked past me to get to the cars behind me. Then told me they had to cook more wings! Did I mention they were standing in the window laughing?!
Popeye's chicken is very good. I had the chicken sandwich, which was as good as reported.That said, the service at this store is consistently awful. In the past I have been shorted on my order. I once tried to call and report an error and no one ever answered.Tonight they didnt have enough white meat for a two-piece mild dinner. I was told my sandwich would take six minutes. Twelve minutes later they handed it to me.If you want Popeye's, fine. Just never... NEVER... go to this restaurant.
Food is great. For my family size portion is great everyone enjoys everything even the picky toddler. So I'm happy. I ordered dinner yesterday and they forgot my separate meal all together. The manager said come back I'll make it fresh myself and give you your money back she actually gave be extra. The fix the problem right away and I appreciated it. Thank you
I came through there tonight at friendly service the food was super fantastic hot when I got home that's why I like going there about this time about 9:00 at night in order to check her with awesome

This is the "WORST" POPEYES I have ever been to. The chicken? stripes were hard as bricks, the fries? were cold and they didn't give me my beans and rice?. I called and told the manager "J. J." and he told me I had to call back the next day to speak w/another manager...there was nothing he could do. When I called the next day who did I get but " J.J."; he told me to come in and he'd take care of it...he gave me no fries, the chicken tasted like it was fried in weeks old grease and the biscuit was stale. Didn't even put my box in a bag. I like POPEYES, but I definitely won't go back to that one on Livingston again ??????
Service has not been as great. They keep messing up my orders. They gave me plain rice instead of beans and rice. I was tired of going back up there to have my order fixed, so that was my last time.
Had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru and got my food almost immediately after ordering no reason for a holdup
Mobile order was seamless but would be nice to be able to pickup through the drive thru instead of having to go inside during the Pandemic. Food was good.
Chicken fresh,didnt receive my biscuits though.
