I stop in at the Popeyes on 9th and north high street and I have to say it was the nicest Popeyes I ever ate at and the staff was so nice and friendly I didn't have to wait for my food the manager Juanita she was so nice and polite respectful and like I said the crew was the best crew I ever seen working at any kind of restaurant and I'd have to say that I would recommend this place at all the Popeyes in Columbus to all my friends and family I had to wait a more schedule 1 to 10 it'll be at 10 plus for the staff manager for everything the food was nice fresh hot all alone best Popeyes ever again and it definitely would recommend it to my friends and family
The person that waited on us with eyelashes to the stealing and bougie AF, needs to be fired. April 26, 2022 I came into the restaurant between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the associates were not professional. Mishandling food, disrespecting customers, and management was doing nothing about their constant quarreling.
I went to this store a couple of weeks ago and there was a lady Carolina that work there I must say her customer service was excellent and she work very hard I hope this company recognize her hard work and gives this lady a well deserve raise thank you
Regardless of the food, the service is so terrible you might as well not go. It takes 10+ minutes just to order and another 20 to get your food. And don’t even try to mobile order. That’s a nightmare of an even larger proportion.
This restaurant was so packed they didn't even have people that already ordered or people that ordered online in separate lines or waiting to the side so other people can walk in and order or pick up their online orders also it took them forever to get the food ready. One of the ladies that was doing the cash register was very rude to the customers when they was trying to ask her a question about their order orders online and she just told them that she was taking people that was ordering their first and the orders online can wait they had a bunch of workers in there and none of them was organized at all there was a person in there that was there for 45 minutes and one that was in there for almost 2 hours waiting for an online order to deliver to a customer and when I finally made it to the counter after 20 minutes they did my order before they even did theirs so they wasn't even going in order of who was there first which is unfair to other customers the workers that was preparing the food and taking care of customers was actually polite and trying to get everything done as quickly as possible it was just that one Pacific lady that was working the cash register she was also being rude to customers that wasn't even rude to her or anything all they wanted to do was ask a question or order their food and she didn't want to answer any of their questions I don't think I would ever go here again to pick up an online order or order if something for myself in store especially if that lady is working. So if you want to get something at this Popeyes and you're willing to wait and be talked to rudely then this would be the Popeyes you would definitely go to
Bunch of rude tactless crackheads. Customers are why you have a job to begin with. Quit looking at everyone like they bothering you and thank them for providing job security. As long as there are lazy azzes willing to let you feed them you will always have a job. If you don't like it take your irritated self somewhere else.
Worst Popeyes, old hard tenders, the fries actually smelled like body odor so I didn't eat them. The coke I ordered and they made tasted like they put every kind of drink inside of it.
Love the thighs spicy! Sometimes i dine in mostly take out along with a chill lemon aid. Got to have the down home beans / rice. Good place for parents to buy gift cards for the kids or better yet, Popeyes could come up with meal plans for the student's. Good food.
They are rude and disrespectful I will never order from this location again call because my food was messed up and got hung up on.
The African-American lady with the big mole on her right side of her chin and the blonde fake hair she is absolutely so rude you can tell she just does not like white people honestly this is my second time going there in my last time going there as I was treated like I shouldn’t been there ordering food I felt completely out of place and she made me feel like I was stupid or something because I was there she needs to learn customer service and if she doesn’t like white people she definitely needs to find a new profession
