The waiter (Robbie) was wonderful! He was professional and knowledgeable. We went there for dinner before the CAPA Summer series and we will definitely go there for dinner after the Broadway series as well.
There was no one at the front to take us to our seats, but once we got seated, service was great and we were pleasantly surprised with the food.
When we got there the Plaza Restaurant was not open. We had to eat in the bar area. It was ok. I just feel they should not have taken my reservation for the Plaza Restaurant if it wasn't going to be open. The area was fine and the food was ok. The one gentleman working there was doing his best.
Our waiter was the best. Smiling and accommodating. Such a pleasant experience.
Mother's Day buffet. Great selection of food and very good tasting. Chicken & Waffles, A+. Service for coffee refills was a bit slow.
We had a wonderfully quiet dinner. Our host was also our server and handled the bar, but he was attentive and available. We also had great wait staff for breakfast. The menus had changed but the food was still great. We stay at the Sheraton every few months for a little break and have enjoyed the dining every time...especially the wings!
This restaurant is interesting because it has many things going for it. It is a beautiful room with a splendid view. We had a superb server in Jada and the manager is delightful, helpful and eager to please. But the menu is so small and limited that in 4 trips, you've pretty much had everything they offer. What they do offer is good though.
Prompt seating and service. Courteous server. Nice view. Great food. The menu was short on selections however the food we ordered was very good. A fun experience. We then left for the show at the Ohio Theater next door. A beautiful evening!
Very friendly server. Her recommendations were excellent. The Bronze Salmon dinner was outstanding. And you can’t beat the atmosphere for a quiet conversation
My wife and I very much enjoyed the Plaza Restaurant. Not a huge menu, could be pandemic related, but really good food. I had the Mac and Cheese and it was outstanding.We also enjoyed breakfast there the next morning. All in all excellent food and a very nice atmosphere.
