Missing my double salmon and my son order penne and got spaghetti. I thanked the cook and all!! I’m very disappointed after order 80 dollars worth of food! Also the manger stated he had been cooking 25 years. Why didn’t we notice this??????

Amazing food, quick service and not bad on the price. It's assembly line/build your own style.Came from out of town and wanted a quick meal and this more than delievered. We tried the BYO pasta and the kids spaghetti. Pasta was amazing, the Diabolo sauce was the right amount of flavorful spice. The kids meal is HUGE. And great, interesting choice of toppings. All together made a great bowl in minutes. Also, try their frescas. Had the melon and it was delishious! Definitely would have again

Maybe I am biased, but I grew up experiencing amazing food from many different cultures, especially Italian. Maybe I set my expectations too high but I was not impressed. This was my first time visiting Piada, and it will be my last. It's ranks among the bottom of my Italian (style) food experiences.

Pretty poor experience dining in at this location. The food , custom bowl and salad, was good. The restaurant seemed to be a bit messy, lots of spots and spills on the floor. The bathroom was clean. The poor part was the customer service. I interacted with 3 different workers and everyone of them was cold, rude, and seemingly annoyed with their customers. I like Piada's food a lot, but the interactions was off-putting enough that we won't be returning to this location

Be careful when getting crispy chicken i get raw chicken like every 3 months at piada. And not even just this location they are always in a rush to get you out id rather get fully cooked chicken! No pink chicken

It was Ok. The restaurant didn't look very clean inside. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't as clean as I'd like to see. My chicken was fresh, but my Alfredo sauce tasted kind of stale.

Calamari was not crispy was heavenly soaked in grease. Added a picture in the photo section. Couldn’t believe all the grease in the bottom of the container.

I travel all around the Columbus area for my job. Piada is one of my regular lunch choices. There is something about this location that is better than the rest. The employees are friendlier, the place is cleaner and the food just taste significantly better. I get something different every time but the Piada Sticks are a must.

There's not much point in requiring the customers to wear masks if the manager on duty is going to keep his mask pulled down under his chin while he's handling everybody's food. The piada stick was also ice cold and they didn't bother to include a spoon for the soup.

Great food!…………Will return!
