Ordered from here a second time to give this restaurant a chance but unfortunately I was disappointed again. The first time I ordered a vermicelli salad and it was great except the fish sauce that was served with it. I thought maybe they used a different brand I’d never heard of and ate just a little because the smell was pretty intense. The sauce was spoiled and disgusting. I ended up vomiting my whole meal and sick for the next few days. I always get extra fish sauce when I go out to eat for the last 10+ years so I’m confident I know what safe sauce is.I reordered another meal from this restaurant today and was disappointed once again. There was hair in my noodles and the snow peas were covered in black spots and bok choy tasted really strange.I have a feeling good is not managed well at this restaurant and health requirements aren’t followed. I’d reconsider eating here if I were you.
I never leave reviews, especially not bad ones. But, when I got my pho from Doordash the other day, there were bugs in the noodles that, if I had to guess, were either some type of gnat or baby cockraches. I didn't spend too much time investigating. I just threw $60 worth of food out immediately. Eating those bugs aside, I got super scared they could spread to my house. The food was great in the past, but unfortunately, never again.
Very disorganized and restaurant looked filthy and cluttered, despite dining room being closed. Has VERY small area for pick up, and everyone is forced to stand nearly on top of each other or outside where they are ignored by staff. Preordered food is never ready upon arrival and cannot be picked up at drive thru. No (visible) person was wearing any type of sanity not protective gear, including masks and gloves. Only gave 2 stars because my husband said he liked his food. Will not go again and would not recommend. There are many restaurants that offer similar/like meals.
I think I've been to every pho place in Columbus area. This is easily the best. I also got some teriyaki chicken. All amazing.
I have been coming to Pho for several years, probably at least once a week before the pandemic, and I still try to get there at least once a week since. But I have to say I was disappointed in my food tonight. I know prices are going up but do you have to limit the amount of food served even after raising the price? My dish was less then half filled. Not at all like it has been in the past.
I LOVE their duck pho and order it almost weekly for my Monday Pho-nday lunch. The broth is flavorful and the duck is delicious. Everything else I've ordered from here has been subpar or under-seasoned. I've never eaten inside but for the pho alone they get a 5 but considering other meals I've ordered, it's a 4.
I order the Pho Ga and the chicken lettuce wraps once a week! So good!I typically sub out the pho noodles for flour noodles as I like a thicker noodles.
The value here is great. I’d say the food is good. I had the pho with beef flanks, tendon, and meatballs. I’m used to the meat coming separate and you cook it yourself. The meat was tough and not thin but the food was still good.
I ordered beef pho. It was really good. They give lots of beef which was nice quality beef. My friends dishes looked pretty good too. The staff was also really nice.
The WORST experience, I wish I could give this place a big fat zero! When I pulled up to the order board the person said "hello". No may I take your order or nothing. I paused for a minute, then I laughed and proceeded to say I would like to order, please. When I went around to the window it was no friendly greeting at all. I paid and after she took my money she gave me my food and walked away, no thank you or have a nice day. I knew it was a mistake for me to go back and order food from this establishment. I wasn't pleased at all the last time I ordered. The noodles for the Pho' was sticky and over cooked but I have them another chance and now it's definitely my last!!
