First time trying food from here. Ordered the Downtown Sampler via delivery and everything arrived as ordered with the exception of the pulled pork (it was a section of meat that I had to “pull” myself. Ince I unwrapped everything, the food looked great. My issue with it is with the exception of the macaroni and cheese, it was bland. No flavor at all. I really had to doctor it up in order to eat it. The greens i received were full of stem pieces. The brisket had more fat than meat. The portions were great though. Overall, I don’t feel the need nor urge to try this place out again.
This was an incredible experience!!! My sons and I visited Columbus from Chicago and the food here was GREAT! Alex was our server and she was soooooo cool! My 6 year old said it was 1000 thumbs up

Fantastic food! And every other weekend they have the wonderful band Jazz Happens! And I love their service.
I really enjoy Pecan Penny’s, the location is great and the smoked wings are delicious. They have a good beer selection, and very friendly staff. Like many other people, the Monday happy hour is my favorite time to go they have a intriguing deal on the wings. I will definitely be back!
The smoked wings were so meaty and delicious! Loved having all different sauces to try. Great covered outdoor seating and all staff were super friendly. Great place for meeting up with friends! Can’t wait to go back!
It's a fun atmosphere. I'm sure it's awesome in warmer weather with the nice patio out front. They were a bit short staffed the day we were there so the food took a bit to get to us. But, it was good. Loved the waffle fries!
The only problem I had was when I walked in to get a table. I didn’t see a host/hostess so I went to the bar to ask someone and a man on the computer looked up and said “seat yourself” in a very rude tone! Then looked back down. No hi or anything. I greeted him hello… and he blatantly ignored it. Other than that service was really good! Idk her name but she had short hair and was very attentive as well as the guy with facial hair she was working with! Food was great, low prices for really good food!
Horrible first experience. Took almost 20mins to get welcomed and over an hr to get our food. Brisket and pork were dry, Mac and cheese was cold, chicken was good, but the skin was rubbery. They were out of waffle fries and didn't say anything just brought out these undercooked thick cuts and said "here are your waffle fries.." the Cornbread gets a star, because it was really good!Sorry I was hungry, so forgot to take a picture when it first came out. Hopefully this was a fluke experience and I'll give it another try.
