We have been coming here for years and if I could give it 6 stars I would. Service and food are always great and if an issue ever arises it is handled quickly. The salmon BLT is amazing, definitely my favorite thing on the menu. The only really bad thing I can say is that I wish they would bring back the blackberry BBQ sauce, it was amazing.
I was disappointed with the service. The burger and fries were decent. The reception initially was somewhat rude when the young lady found out there was 6 in our party my wife noticed she rolled her eyes. Then the fact that the waitress (Maddy) rushed us through the entire meal. I had not even finished eating when the waitress presented my wife with the bill. I immediately corrected her by gesturing for her to give me the bill. After paying the bill on their electronic device and leaving a 20% tip on a $125.36 order I was still waiting to get her attention for at least 25 minutes for one last refill on my drink. I noticed 3 to 4 times she saw me but purposely looked away until another wait staff alerted her and pointed in our direction. I don't think I'll be going back. It is definitely important who you hire for your customer's first and last point of contact and engagement. They can make or break a otherwise great buisness.
Customer service was excellent. Food was excellent. Definitely recommend. Good burgers and chicken sandwich. Definitely will go back.
Wonderful chicken Caesar salad. We custom ordered it and it was prepared to our exact specifications. It was delicious! We also got burgers fries, and macaroni and cheese. The burgers and fries were great. The macaroni and cheese was homemade but nothing to write home about. The salad really was the highlight, but the burgers were great too.
Always a great meal and fun, friendly atmosphere! The burgers are awesome and the salads are tasty and huge! I never leave hungry or disappointed.
The food was awesome!! They were busy but the waiter was attentive and very personable. A great beer list to top it off!!
We were at Children’s Hospital for my son and ordered (so far) from here twice in three days!! Great food!! Get two orders of the pretzel bites (Trust me!!). The bbq with the Johnny cakes was awesome, you have to try it! The Jalapeño hush puppies were to die for as well as the chicken tenders! My wife got a salad , which was really good, but when she tried what we had…. Yea… We had to share :). Thank you!!

Always amazing food and service. Brunch on the weekends is fantastic and the chefs always cook your eggs as ordered! For those that like over medium or over hard, they nail it! Highly recommend this delicious, all inclusive, friendly place!
I have not been here since before the pandemic lockdown. The menu is totally different and it seems like it might be under new ownership. No lobster Mac&cheese, no pulled pork on cornbread and no brisket. The menu doesn't even have the story of the history of Graceland and Pat and Gracie's. The food was okay but it wasn't the same or as good.
