Loved this new experience. Stopped in when it wasn't crowded (4:30pm). However, it seemed like the type of place that would really be hoppin in several hours!! The food was delicious. I got the Italian sub and pork rinds. Both were great. The fried pickle fries were to die for. I've had a lot of fried pickles but these were unique and wonderful. I highly recommend them. Although this place is a bit of a drive for me, he will definitely return. I will drive across town for a visit.
I had a decent time here with my friend getting a drink. My bill was 12 dollars in total and I left a 3 dollar tip which was over 20 percent. The server we had took it upon herself to instead leave herself a 23 dollar tip making 35 dollars come out of my bank. When I called the store the manger was very rude telling me to take it up with my bank and figure it out myself which this has nothing to do with my bank and I'm not going to have my bank refund me for their server taking advantage of customers. I went up there to get a refund on the money they had taken from me and it's been over 5 days and still no refund leaving me to have to go back up there today after work. I don't suggest coming here because they are down right rude and clearly take advantage of their customers thinking that if you have a drink or 2 that you won't realize them robbing you and writing there own tip that are double my actual bill? Also food could be better.
Worst customer service ever with bad attitudes and miss perfects they never make any mistakes. YeahWhen you order food expect to be hung up on also not heard incorrect orders where taken they refuse to believe that they took wrong order they didn’t want to do anything about the situation in hand and help out the customer at all they do nothing wrong they’re perfect .Manger is even rude he answers to men as dudes “what’s up dude “ “ok dude where closed right now what you want me to do . So unprofessionalI hope people go here for the drinks because the food is not great
Three times the waitress told us that the kitchen staff yelled at her for placing food orders near their 10:30 cutoff time. She was the only server in the entire place, so it was no surprise that our two appetizer things sat in the window for over 15 minutes before we noticed them. They weren't even moderately warm anymore.When they brought the food, I was pleasantly surprised at the Bourbon Burger. The sauce was pleasantly sweet and spicy. I liked it. Their onion rings are really good too. This brought them from two to three stars.
This is a really nice place. service was great. Food was good. I can't complain about anything here. It's great for the hole family. Very spacious. They have a large stage for entertainment. Very large bar. Big out door patio. I recommend getting the waffle fry's. I also recommend the Lotus Bomb sauce! If you like spicy. They have a good beer selection. And looks like weekly specials. Lots of big screen tvs. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good place for a casual date also.
Came on for lunch today and the tenderloin salad was delish! The bartender was great, she was super friendly and was happy to make recommendations. The bar is huge with lots of TVs and they have a nice selection of Ohio beers.
Still had a Sunday wing deal ! The young lady that waited on me was very cordial very nice. Took good care of me. I wish I would’ve caught her name. I like to give kudos to good workers. She had a white sweatshirt and black pants on. Hopefully someone knows who she is and this gets back to the owner
Good variety of music from a band I hadn't heard before. They were good, and our group stayed and kept ordering. Came from New Albany, glad we did
The keg lines must be dirty. A blue moon draft had the aftertaste of sasquatch foot. Went across the street, had the same beer, totally different taste. The place was empty yet service was delayed and abrasive. Left before getting lunch off a gut feeling the food would be whack. Staff had [the movie] ‘Waiting...’ vibes. First and last time here for me.
