This is the worst Panera I have been to ever. We were traveling through from out of state. Tables were dirty. They wouldnt take order with person paying cash unless they had exact change. But the most frustrating thing was that they were out of everything. No mac n cheese, no pizza, NO AVACADOS or Bacon. Thank goodness they hadn't run out of soup. Still love panera, but will skip this one the next time I'm in Ohio.
A chicken sandwich was too tasty. A staff member is very friendly and polite. I enjoyed my dinner.
Went towards closing so they were out of a lot of items. The smoke house chicken sandwich is normally good, however they put very little chicken on the sandwich....more like a smokehouse BBQ bread and cheese sandwich. Very disappointed. Horrible to serve that. Soup was good though.
Nice atmosphere but the last three times I was there the coffee was only lukewarm, or they were out. Each time had to go ask for them to refill with hot coffee.
Dirt on my lettuce. Not to mention there’s barely any dressing.
Just stopped here on my way to work to get oatmeal for breakfast. Just sat down about 5 minutes ago & opened it & as soon as I did, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but sure enough, there was a long blonde strand of hair right on top of my strawberries. I'm pretty hungry & was looking forward to having warm oatmeal on this cold snowy morning. So I'm pretty disappointed & disgusted at the same time. Situations like this are why hairnets & gloves should be mandatory for all food handlers/restaurant employees. Definitely not how I intended to start my day!!
Enjoy going there for a quick lunch
Place was clean and the food was made quick. The staff were friendly. I would return again if I am in the area.
Easton location has lazy staff that seem bothered by having customers and homeless people camped out in the dining room every day. This is the norm here and not the exception. Panera is my favorite spot for breakfast but I’ve started driving to another location that’s 15mins out of the way in Westerville.
I waited in line for 20 minutes to get two bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. Order at the speaker then when I got up to the window to pay, I waited an additional 10 minutes before I was even spoken to. When I was finally spoken to, she goes “we don’t have enough soup to make two bowls” and I say “okay…” just staring at each other because I’m waiting on her solution, I finally say “how much do you have” she asks someone else and the other girl goes “we don’t have enough for a bowl” so I say “okay” again and we stare at each other. I said “thank you” and drove off. Confused on why there’s no problem solving??? No one offered me any other soup, no one apologized, no one said “we have enough for a cup” nothing. Everyone looked confused like they didn’t know how to do their job and I get you run out of things, trust me I’m a manager at a dine in restaurant but the issue isn’t running out of things, the issue is knowing how to problem solve.
