Their store doesn't open until 9 am although Google says they are open now (7:45 am). Every time I come here, they are closed. They either aren't open yet or closed for the day. I think the sign says they are closed Sundays and Mondays. Their hours don't make sense to me. They specialize in breakfast-like food but they don't open until 9 am and then they close at 7 pm. I'd love to actually get the chance to go here for a bagel before work but I guess that will never happen lol

We ordered 2 drinks and a bread bowl for deliver the order goes through and they switched it to pick up. Tried calling the store 3 times to see why it was switched. They hung up on me. Call the corporate office for help to get my money back. They were able to get ahold of the store they told me if I can't go pick it up than it's going to take two to three business days to get my refund. If I was able to pick it up I would not have asked for delivery. Needless to say not going to do this again.

Went to Panera on East Broad in Blacklick and ordered pick two-half citrus Asian crunch and chicken frontega with a pepsi. I go to fill the Pepsi and it is out of order. I get my meal and the salad has no chicken and the sandwich chicken is cold mushy and wet. Discugusting!!

Reynoldsburg location did not have Flatbread. E Broad St near Blacklick was excellent 5 Stars. Clean, polite and friendly. Reynoldsburg employee act as though she didn't want to be there. Bad day, time, who knows.

i placed an order with Panera bread and was estimated a delivery time 5:38pm. noticed it was 5:50pm decided to reach out to offer to pick up my order upon calling John the assistant manger in training picked up the phone i started off by explaining how i hadn't rec'd my order before i could finish explaining. John begins to talk over me stating how they did not have any delivery drivers at their location and am sure i have the right location? how i would need to contact their 3rd party drivers (Door dash who they have contract with) to see what was going on with my order. after explaining the order was placed directly not using door dash. John said there is nothing can do about my order not being rec'd. After providing my name and the order number he claimed he was unable to locate my order. Becoming a bit frustrated due to no solution... i suggested to come up there to show proof of order and transaction. John states he feel i am being hostile and he is going to hung up. and proceeded to do such. No apology was offered for the mix up or disconnect in communication on their behalf. John didn't off re-reimbursement on the food i never rec'd. Just pretty much O well contact the 3rd party for concerns. Highly disgusted with how he handled things and the poor customer service skills. Definitely will not be back to this location. John should definitely find another job something he's more experienced at and stop making panera bread look bad!

I was in this location a few months back and felt the pain of staff trying to serve customers without enough workers. I came back recently, and they turned the place around. Management has done an awesome job at turning things around in these difficult pandemic times. It simply felt like employees were happier and things were running smoothly. Awesome job Panera! Thank you for serving my food and I have a lot of respect for all that actually shows up for work and continue to smile despite many challenges all around us.

I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad. When my husband brought it home, half the greens were rotten, the boiled egg tasted off and the dressing was not good. I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it away.

So, i am going to let others be the judge here. I placed an online order on the panera app. Two “pick two” orders with a fountain drink. I thought to ask the girl making my order for the cup so i could Pour my drink as i was waiting. **** here we go— Before i could get a whole sentence out she looked at me and said with a really bad tone of voice “i am making whatever is on my screen, i dont have time to talk if u have a question go ask the cashier.” I get it i really do. But her tone was very very unprofessional. I can honestly say i have never been talk to in that manner as a customer by anyone. And coming from panera is very disappointing because i like panera.Also, the store was not busy i was the only one waiting. Ahh and at the end when she put my order out…. Guess what the cup for my fountain drink was not in bag!! Amazing because thats exactly what i was going to her, to pass me the cup so I could pour my drink ahead of time and leave right away. But she didn't even let me talk.

I used to love Panera but literally every single time I go there they are out of at least half the items we want! It is getting ridiculous and is now to the point where I’m just not going to waste my time going anymore. Not to mention most of the staff is usually either on their phones or gossiping loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. Terrible customer service and way over priced
