I am reviewing this Panera Bread location on the basis of accessibility for those who may be disabled. As far as outside the restaurant, there is only one lowered curb for those who are in wheelchairs so, those who have to park in the back of the parking lot would have to wheel themselves all the way to the front of the restaurant to get in. As you approach the restaurant, there are no handicap buttons at either of the entrances making it very difficult for someone who has a disability to get in the place safely. When you get into the restaurant, the walkways are pretty wide making it easy for a wheelchair to get around in the restaurant. As for the ordering kiosks, they are a bit high for someone who may be in a wheelchair limiting them to having to wait in line to order their food. When it comes to the menu, the font is pretty big making it easy for anyone to read. The drink station is a bit high as well making it harder for someone in a wheelchair to get the beverage that they want. When it comes to the dining area, it is very spacious and all the tables/booths are handicap accessible. Overall, this restaurant is semi-accessible for those who are disabled, but the restaurant definitely could improve in a lot of areas in order to make it more accessible for those who are disabled.
I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies and the service was amazing. The guy who took the order was kind and even baked them fresh(or made sure they were). Additionally, the girl at the register was so sweet. The crew cared enough to wait to pack the cookies because they were hot, and handed them to me fresh. These were the best I've ever had. Thank you Panera Lane Ave-true customer service.
Great place to hang out or do school work. Nice atmosphere. Good food. Reasonable price.
Not a great experience at this location-the cashier seemed inconvenienced by me, the one person ordering at the time. The egg on my sandwich was completely raw and made the sandwich inedible, and latte was lukewarm. Total bummer of a breakfast that ended up in the trash.

Pretty much the standard Panera experience, forgot to put avocado in my sandwich hence the 4 stars.
Being a busy location, and having a little backup is one thing.. but being completely inept at the management level is another..Every time i come here there is an absurd wait just for somebody to come to register. Never mind the wait for food.. microwaved, steamwell foods.. if you order online give it about 45 mins before arriving or youll be waiting.
Ordered breakfast wrap (bacon, egg, tomato). Came without bacon, but place was so busy that I didn't complain.
Been to this Panera multiple times a week. My order is typically wrong each time. Usually they can’t seem to make a sandwich correctly. Tell me why I order a Chicken Avocado Melt and receive bread, chicken and cilantro. I’m sure it’s missing something. I waste my time and money each time I go here, yet it’s the only place I can eat in my vicinity.
