Clean location, very nice staff. Not too crowded at the time I went (about 10:30 am in a Friday). It was chilly that morning and their fireplace was going. The food was good and it came out quickly. This is a convenience location for the hospital, so it's easy to think that it might be run down, but it was pretty nice overall
First time at this location. Like many other Paneras, this one doesn’t fail to disappoint in the accuracy department! Ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, and (tale as old as time) it came without the chicken. I usually don’t go to Panera anymore because of this, but unfortunately not a lot of options at the hospital. Do better, Panera!
I wanted BLT but had to get a turkey with bacon lettuce and tomato instead.. The sandwich with a small coffee cost $15! I think that's a little steep maybe taken advantage of OSU patience
The order taker kept messing up. Tried to help her out and look past it but kept happening. Diet coke was clear and tried to tell someone else and they just stared at me. Food was cold and messed up. Everyone was having a problem with their food.
Convenient location within the University Hospital complex, prices are a step up to compensate. Generally good food and great coffee.
Usually I don’t complain but today wasn’t good. They got busy (had almost 60 orders to do-heard a worker say it) and people were leaving without their food because their lunch time was over. I heard a few orders cancelled including myself. I spent my whole lunch waiting for a small Mac and cheese and ended up canceling because I had a tight schedule. I felt bad for the people working but the cashier needs to let people know when they’re very busy and will have a longer wait time, your previous cashier was good at letting people know.
This place was incredibly busy while I was there. In the 25 or so minutes I waited on my flatbread pizza (delicious) to be done, they got ZERO orders wrong. The staff kept it moving and got everyone out incredible quick. Also, the person taking the orders suggested a pastry that I wish I could remember the name of so I could order it again. Pecan bread perhaps? I don’t know. But it was fantastic.

Great place. The lady who waited on me was so cheerful! It made my morning a lot better.
For the most part, this place is great and conveniently placed, the food is really good and the employees are friendly, but the place is not clean, and the leather booths are ripping up, not a good sign at all.
