Went through the drive-through window ordered a salad with chicken and one without got both salads with chicken they were too busy horse and around to pay attention to what they were doing with my food and so they gave me both salads with chicken I'm allergic so I can't eat things that have touched the chicken I come back around to the drive-through to ask if I could get it remade and the girl had an attitude problem with me about having to remake my salad that they didn't ring up correctly in the 1st place and then had an attitude about giving me the salad dressing that they charge me a $59 for poor service They need new management and new staff very disappointed and they're have the strawberry poppy seed salad but they don't have no pecan's

Very confusing menu. When we placed our order the prices on the board had 4.99 for a 1/2 Napa chicken sandwich and 5.99 for a 1/2 Chipolte Chicken sandwich. When the clerk put in our order both sandwiches were a dollar higher. I asked if we can get the price on the board a manager with a bad attitude rudely said NO. You can speak to my general manager another with bad attitude "We were closed yesterday and the prices went up. We have not had a chance to change them. " I was not up to challenge argument.. Placed our order , when we sat down to eat one of the sandwiches had a bug in it. I took it back new manager how did that happen , I said there is a big in it. Requested a refund he said "SORRY ABOUT THAT . Now I can see why panera is failing won't be back.

Never ever ever ever order online. They forgot part of my order and it took hours to correct and 2 days later of constant follow up and they still haven't addressed why my card was charged 3 times. Customer service punts to the local franchise, the franchise punts to doordash, doordash punts to panera. And we are back at the beginning. I've already permanently deleted Doordash and am boycotting panera. The strange thing is, neither of them seems to care. Note, this is my first EVER negative review. Just wanted to keep people from experiencing the same thing.

Stopped to pick up lunch and got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich. Chicken tasted like it had been spoiled before being cooked. Spent $12 on a sandwich I couldn't eat. Tried calling the store, no answer, tried calling the customer service toll-free number, no answer. Messaged them on Facebook - no answer. Really terrible experience and terrible menu item. Needless to say, I won't be going back there anytime soon.

I placed an online order for a smoothie and one iced coffee with caramel syrup, which was denoted in the 'Customize' section of the website. When I picked up my order inside the ice coffee cup was empty so I stood around and asked if I was to get it myself, a staff member told me yes then walked away. I waited again and asked the same member where the ice coffee was and she showed me. I had no problem retrieving my coffee myself, it makes sense because you don't want the ice to melt, but there were no instructions or warning. There was also no caramel syrup to be found so I had to wait for the staff member again to ask for it, she said she would put it in a second cup and I said okay, no problem, thank you. She came back with actual caramel in a cup, I'm not familiar with Panera but I figured it would be the dissolvable syrup you find at other coffee joints. She informed me next time I need to identify when I order that I want caramel and they will have it in there beforehand. I asked if you do that in the customize section, she said yes, and I replied that I did do that. She told me okay, bye have a good day and I left. When I got back to my desk at work I attempted to whisk in the thick caramel all of which settled to the bottom of my coffee and stuck to my straw. None of this is a huge deal, I just wish I was provided with the traditional syrup flavoring instead of hard caramel.

Second time I have paid $7.50 for a bowl of chicken stock. The chicken noodle soup never has hardly any chicken or noodles in it. The few noodles it does have are tiny broken chunks. I get so mad at myself every time I order from here.

14 dollars for a half steak and cheddar sandwich with a bowl of chx and wild rice soup. Wish I could post a picture on here. The sandwich was bland and had 2 small slivers of meat. More cheese than meat. All I could taste was bread. The soup don't waste your time. Instead go but a can of Progresso. It will taste better and be 4 dollars cheaper. I haven't eaten at Panera in 15-20 years. Now I remember why.

You should be ashamed of yourselves these hard times charging people 10 dollars for a salad like this ashamed.....do you see my hand ...and there not huge hands like a freaking kids meal salad wow you need to be one of the establishments to be closed

I ordered a grilled cheese and soup. The tomato soup was chunky and the inside of the sandwich was burnt. Worse location in the entire business. Save your time and money.
