I'm giving them 3 stars because the items I purchased were tasty. However, the lady at the counter was rude. I asked if they had "conchas" and she replied, "you should come earlier." Then I asked what an item's flavor was, she's mistook what I meant, and started listing the ingredients. I told her that I meant the flavor and if it had any filling. Another rude response. Then an older lady walked in from the back, and she was way more friendly and informative. Either way, that'll probably be the last time I go there. I don't know about anyone else, but customer service goes a long way with me. So, if you don't care about getting attitude or smart remarks, then this place should be no problem.
they don't make enough sweet bread,, they close early, open late, they don't follow their own schedule, not too much variety of bread to chose from, it use to be a nice place but is losing business because of the same reason
