The steaks that me and my husband ordered was great along with dessert. The only thing I am really disappointed with was the Bloomin onion. The pedals were narrow. The pedals used to be thick and wide.

Delicious! Outback blooming onions are the best. We tried the chicken fried in the blooming onion dip. It was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Our sides were all wonderful too. Our server was friendly and efficient as well. Hosts did a great job of greeting us upon arrival and thanking us when we left. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Well worth the trip to Columbus.

This place you just can't complain about. They are nice from the moment you walk in the door to the point your saying goodbye. Never had a bad meal here. The appetizers can be a meal they are so large. Fun place to go with good company.

Ordered ToGo yesterday and it was a lovely experience all around! They handled my food with care and made sure everything was correct. Hospitality and care, through the roof! Shout out to this Outback and it’s hard working team.

Arrived to pick up order for Sunday lunch. Empty parking lot and 4 tables total seated in whole restaurant. Not busy. Two waitresses. Went to take out kiosk and waited for 5 minutes with another guest. She said no one has helped her in 10 minutes. (I routinely wait up to 8-10 mins for orders when staff is some what polite) First approached the older waitress near the front door and was told it was going to be awhile. Understaffed. Went to opposite side of bar to wait for order and was asked if I have been helped. I said the other waitress told me to wait and was then rudely told to wait in kiosk and that "this is the bar" while gesturing with her hands in a circle. Pure snark. Mind you the place is nearly empty with four tables right next to bar. I cancelled order and went on my way. The guests seated right there got to hear how rude she was. Never going to recommend this place. I've worked in some of the busiest places in town. Even if you are in the weeds you treat your guests well. They after all pay the bill and your tips.

Ordered a strawberry daiquiri for my birthday and the person that made it didn't know how, I had to send it back ! Our servers were nice and suggested another beverage. My meal was good except for my steak it was tough and didn't look like a 6oz more like a 2oz sirloin.

Our bartender was excellent! Five stars

Very slow service. Server wanted to argue over which sides came with the entree. Told us our meal was in the window then proceeded to wait on others . Food was luke warm at best whenitcame.. got the order wrong ..gave us the wrong dish..

We tried this place multiple times because it’s right next door.Never again.Never gets the order right.Seems almost like they are doing it intentionally.Ordered shrimp - gave onion rings instead.Ordered soup - gave mashed potato instead. And boy - those onion rings are awful - soggy as a swamp. Not to mention - huge wait times.Clearly they can’t keep up with the demand, and I don’t know why they are in so much demand.Service, food, speed - all bad.Avoid at all costs.

Food was delicious!!! Service was great. Place had an all around great atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Great first experience at Outback restaurant on Bethel Rd.
