I love their soup and salad.The service on my visit was off the charts amazing. I do not visit often enough to understand if this is normal, but it was incredible. I never ran out of soup, salad, or beverage.
Went in last Sunday 30 minutes before closing (because we're jerks)... Had the MOST AMAZING server... I think her name was Janet? She had the kitchen make us fresh bread sticks, our food (complete with special instructions) was cooked perfectly & she was super friendly, sweet & accommodating even though we were the last table on what I'm sure was a Loooooong day! Kudos to both the service AND the kitchen staff! Thank you all!
Olive Garden was 'normal' today, but the Service was Outstanding! I had a very young lady that I never expected such sensitivity and anticipation from. She asked questions that only a 20-year veteran demonstrates Anymore. Details about how is like the salad, or when to bring the soup, or getting the right sauce on my daughter's chicken Parmesan (and no, it wasn't the red one?). She could not have been more than 20 yrs old. I hadn't been there in o er 6 months, but she made me want to go back next week. Incredible service?
I had lunch today to celebrate birthdays with my ederly mother (using a walker) and my sister who has not been well so also using a walker, so we were a little more work than your average party.Paul M. was our server and he was EXCEPTIONAL. Truly.My 86 year old mother had a wonderful lunch due in large part to Paul.Thank you! The food was excellent in flavor AND value! I cannot say enough wonderful things!
Get ready for a long wait for service and even longer for food! I guess the cooks have forgotten how to cook because everything but the salad was burned? The wonderful bread rolls that olive garden is famous for we're brown and hard and we waited over 29 minutes to get them. Will not be going back!
Very good lunch. Friendly staff >good foodEdit. I did give 4 stars 5 months ago. But now it's 2 , the dinner wasn't good. They forgot .my chicken and my dad's steak . The steak first was over done on one side and raw on the other, we also got an appetizer the chips couldn't eat but was good on the bread . The noodles where good for 50 $ we can't complain, but they need more help. I feel sorry for the waitress working so hard.
My wife and I live on the far west side and usually go to the Hilliard location. I had a medical procedure in Dublin and we decided to go to the Sawmill Rd location for lunch ! All I can say is outstanding all around. The service, food and atmosphere was fantastic. 5 stars from us !!
probably the best olive garden experience I've had. even during a very busy time, my waiter was attentive and the food came extremely fast!! it was so good!!
We arrived in the early 4pm hour on Monday and were seated at a great table. It was nice and quiet and we could talk very easily! Our waitress, Ciera, (not sure about spelling) was very friendly, very helpful, with a great smile behind her mask! The spinach artichoke dip with the crispy pita was excellent! I ordered alfredo fettuccine. Our waitress asked if I wanted to add a meat or vegetables with it. I chose broccoli ? and the dish was yummy! We also ordered the "doughnuts" with both the chocolate and raspberry sauces. Excellent! The ladies bathroom was very clean. I will definitely return to this location.
Have done lots of carry out from here over the last year. They are excellent at order accuracy. Food is consistently good. If you like OG food then this place is good.
