Always love Olive Garden!Try they new shrimp appetizer and oh gosh! It was so so so delicious ?We had Alfredo fettuccine, eggplant parmigiana and everything tasted just amazing. Service was quick!
Poor food quality and portions reduced but big increased in price. Poor customer service, when we walked up to hostess the two young ladies just stared at us. No greeting of any kind or even a smile. They didn't ask how many or anything. Once we asked for service they seemed confused on what their job was and took several minutes for them to put us on waiting list. When we got to our table it was missing chairs and was dirty. Took at least 5 mins before our server came to our table. She was not very friendly but was not rude. We saw her a total of 3 times throughout our dining experience and a second server came to our table asking if we had been greeted after we had put our order in. Staff seemed to be very under trained and there was a lack of management and low standards.
We were nearby at the Electrify America charging station and decided to stop in. On this visit we choose to sit in the bar area due to the restaurant being fairly busy. Our server was very friendly, took our our quickly and had us eating soup and salad right away. Our meals were all of decent quality. I wish they would bring back their shrimp primavera.
I'll be real honest I hate writing bad reviews. It cringes me. Hurts my soul. There are reasons I don't dine at these overpriced bad experience places. Holy cow was service beyond terrible and I felt bad it was so bad because I SERVE. Left completely abandoned. Things didn't come out as ordered or at all. TOTALLY different soup and no soup and salad basically before entree's came rushing to never see her again or really anyone in that section. It's OLIVE GARDEN??? It wasn't that busy and this very young looking inexperienced maybe 1st day girl literally never came back until the table beside us got there food. I had to walk up and ask for her services (aka her job ).The two older gentleman I was with couldn't even believe what was going on and we're very disappointed. One about to loose his cool. Mind you I DO NOT eat here and haven't in over 20 years. I can't say I'll ever give it a second, second chance. It was very out of character as the two men assured me. Think I'll pass on dinner next time.

Martha, was the best ever waitress I've ever had!!!! She listened, got our order perfect (even the salad), brought out piping hot food, had a personality and attitude that was above and beyond and her overall demeanor was above the level of excellent!!!!! Our experience was top notch equal to five STARS!!!!!!We wanted for nothing and needed nothing. Our request was her goal - boy dod she deliver. Before going I will call to verify she will be working.Had a phenomenal smile, pleasant attitude and provided upscale service with class!Wish I had taken photo's!!!!!
Olive Garden has delicious food. I've enjoyed everything I've eaten there. The service is fast and friendly too. It's a great place to take friends and family. I'm glad I choose Olive Garden to treat my neighbor on his birthday. We're looking forward to our next visit.
Our waitress was so knowledgeable and patient; made perfect suggestions, made great light convo, made us laugh, kept our drinks refilled, helped us get the best deals possible...was always RIGHT THERE when we needed her like magic! The building was clean and all staff seemed friendly and happy. Atmosphere and energy just perfect that evening!
Food was great but waitress/ server named grace kept calling my fiancé and I kids saying “how’s it going kids” “what’s to drink kids” “how’s it looking kids” and kept doing it for the 30+ minutes she was helping us. We’re both over 21 years old and she looks like 19 so it’s just annoying when we’re adults being called kids by someone who seems younger than us physically and maturely. Needs to be retrained or something ASAP.
Good service even late in their hours. Solid service. The menu is clearly shrunken likely due to covid, but still great options. Bread sticks are the same yummy.
