Poor customer service! Upon arrival, we weren't greeted by the person at the front counter! We were standing right in front of her! She never said a word! Another worker came over and seated us!! Overrated! Food was basic, but edible..
Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Knowing service at restaurants in general can be hit or miss these days, I didn’t expect too much. However the service was great, and the food (burger and German special) was great. A pleasant surprise all around.
So I literally work at this casino and they refused to sell me food not because I did anything wrong but literally because they didn't want to.
It's good food but they changed their menu of course due to covid

Stopped here on Saturday for the crab boil. Server was very pleasant and came right over to take our order. We each ordered the crab boil with mud bugs. Tons of food with a nice spicy broth. So good and so messy. Be sure to stop by and try this special. This place sits inside Hollywood casino.

Stopped in over valentine's day weekend for the 3 course special. Seafood bisque, salmon oscar style with asparagus, and a raspberry tart with ice cream. All was WONDERFUL. We took the tart home as the soup was very filling. Kasi was extremely friendly and took great care of us.
Wouldn't know because we were never seated. After waiting for an hour and we were told 45 mins I asked the hostess as she was sitting people after us. She was rude .
Was here for lunch. Good open space with a lot tv screens and even a television available at 1/4 booth style tables. The greeter was very kind, the server was also great. I ordered the soup of the day seafood chowder, blue moon beer, steak and cheese egg roll appetizer and fried chicken plate lunch.
