Came here for dinner since they didn't have a wait. The restaurant was clean, but the service was terrible. Waited over 25 min for drinks to be brought out. The server spilled beer all over a member of our group. She said she was getting a replacement, but never did. After more than 20 min, another member of our group went to the bar and got him a new beer. Our meals didn't come for over an hour. The server claimed she got him a replacement drink and even argued with him about it. I cannot rate this establishment any lower or I would. Avoid this location. Perhaps others are better, but I can't recommend this location to anyone in good conscience. The manager comped the check but I'll never return here. I would suggest you look elsewhere to get dinner.
I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta through curbside at o Charley Polaris location (Columbus Ohio) tonight . The portion size is very small. I think the restaurant gave me a lunch portion instead. I talked to the manager Mike. He said that is the correct portion of the dish. I was very disappointed to hear that.If you think that this is a reasonable size for a dinner entree, this is a scam.Besides that, the rolls are as hard as rocks and no utensils were provided. I guess I should eat the pasta with my hands.
Very good service great food. The totally revamped the menu but the good was good . The pasta dish was awesome the pork chop and ribs with Carolina Gold Sauce just yummy. The bread is still a winner . The place was clean the new manager introduced himself very friendly. Our server Braxton was awesome attentive, friendly and a pleasure to have. The price for 2 with an adult beverage not bad at all.
Amazing I would have to say on the top 10 restaurants that I have ever been to the prices were a little high but worth every penny of it the waiter Aussie if you go there ask for him he is spectacular his appointment when it comes to making sure that your food is delivered or warm and making sure that if you have anything that you need or want he's right there I mean amazing great job Ozzy the restaurant was so clean and the food oh my goodness so delicious definitely a five-star Plus restaurant amazing great job everybody I can't wait to see you again with my first time and definitely not my last time going to O'Charley's
Food is good. Service is normally good. Delivery orders have been problematic for me. They forgot to put in my family salad last order. Said they would send a gift card that never showed up. This time, my extra roll order was not there. Just be certain orders get checked for correctness before leaving the restaurant.
Ordered fish and chips. Waiter was prompt but we were concerned about food delivery. Seemed it took a long time. Our table was sticky also. Ice tea was served with not enough ice. Prices were reasonable.
Went for lunch today and everything was great. I had the French Dip- per the bartenders recommendation, and it was delicious. John, the bartender, was very attentive and friendly as well. All around good experience
Not our best dining experience and I wouldn't recommend. We ended up here on New years Eve and the place was pretty empty. The hostess was great and very energetic our server even got bread right to the table so we were expecting a great time. That's unfortunately where it ended. Service took quite a bit of time, there was hair in one meal and 2 other meals were brought out entirely wrong (they were different pastas then what we ordered) after the server said they would be right out. Then the food was just not up to par and to end it the checks were not correct.
Great food but at this specific location, if you want a drink, eat at the bar. The bartender will serve his section drinks even if you placed the order first from a table, I watched him do it three times. I hope our waiter didnt have to tip him out, the drinks finally showed up about two minutes before our food. If food showed up 1st the drinks were going back!
HelloWe Visited this restaurant on Sunday Dec.12, 2021 long story short the food took forever to come out and the restaurant was not even half full not even close the utensils and plates were EXTREMELY EXTREMELY dirty disgusting the tables were sticky and dirty the carpet was filthy literally dirt all over the carpet and napkins things that could of just been vacuumed or swept up we had a party of 10 people and overall satisfaction is a 2 out of 10 and that’s being nice because the waiter and host at the door had good customer service both women did their best. Not a good experience overall . The restaurant is dirty and needs a deep cleaning.
