Good was old ,hard ,and dry. Took way to long to receive the messed up food! The restaurant was not crowded. This location is not a good place to spend your money? The manager ( Emily) was talking about us in back of kitchen with staff. The staff kept looking at us and laughing. It felt so uncomfortable we just paid the bill and went somewhere else to eat.
We have been coming here for several years and have had great service. Theresa is a very friendly hostess who we have seen over the years. Today we had a great experience with our waitress, Elle. She was very courteous and prompt with refills and anything else we needed. Food was hot and prepared nicely.
i red some reviews about Mrs Loretta Lynn's good works in trading and i decided to give it a try which came out great, with an investment of $1,500 and a cash out of $ 18,550 just for seven working days. I recommend her to you out there looking for serious business minded trader inbox mrs Loretta Lynn through, WhatsApp: +1 (914) 933-7843 Email: [email protected]
Kennedy F provided me and my mother with the greatest friendly service. She checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Kennedy you are the best!!
If I'm being honest... when it came to the food, they've had better days, I eat there often, and def had the same meal taste amazing, just not tonight, but our server made our experience so great, it was easy for us to look past the kitchens short comings. Her personality is one you can't forget, made sure we didn't have to ask for anything, not even a refill, and wanted to fix the kitchens faults to assure that we got our money's worth and to make sure we left happy, and because of her we did and will back to see her again.
Text book poor management. Pretty empty for a weekend at dinner time. They seemed short staffed. What they had could probably pull it off. Everyone had a good hustle and a good attitude. First it took a very long time to get seated even though there were plenty of tables, next it was painfully obvious that our server wasn't very well trained. I could tell by the way he took the orders. Then the bar backed up. Then the kitchen got backed up. There were quite a few things in our order that came up incorrectly. It was easily 2 hours from the time we got there until we got food? The place was probably a third full. Big props to our server though. He seemed a bit embarrassed at times. But he kept using the tools at his disposal. Kept a good attitude on kept smiling and kept moving. The food we got actually tasted pretty good too. So it tells me the staff here is strong and wants to do good work but there is just nobody stepping in to break log jams and make sure things run smoothly. I can't say I recommend stopping in here. But if you do make sure you're not in a rush and cut the staff some slack. It sure looked like they were trying.
We were greeted graciously and our party of 16 people were seated in a reasonable amount of time in the middle of Sunday lunch rush. Our waitress Anita and the location manager were very attentive. Our waitress was friendly and made sure that all of our orders were correct and drinks stayed filled. The food was prepared well and steaks came out the temperature requested. All in all was a great experience. Thanks for a great Sunday!
We went into O'Charley's on Cleveland, Ave in Columbus, OH on Valentines Day... It took us 15 minutes to get seated at 6pm because no one was working the hostess stand, and she was in the Kitchen. Two other people from behind us were seated first which was a little annoying but we just let it slide.Once seated, it took over 20 minutes for our waitress to come and even take our drink orders, at that time we also went ahead and ordered our food. Our drinks came back incorrect, and we asked for them to be corrected 2 times in the next 40 minutes of waiting. We had now been at the restaurant or 1.5 hours and had 3 rolls delivered to the table when we saw our waitress walk out the door. I look at my husband and said what do you think the chances are that she is doing car-side to-go. 15 minutes later, Carmilla came by and introduced herself as our new waitress because ours had walked out in the middle of her shift. We quickly saw Camilla take on every one of our original waitress's tables, we saw her literally running from one-side of the place to the other literally hustling! She also immediately corrected our drinks and made sure we were good for the time being. About 25 minutes later our food finally came out to the table -- ICE COLD, but the plates were HOT haha.I laughed at Camilla and said, I realize what you are going through right now, just microwave my food, I don't care and I'm not complaining, nor did I want to talk to the manager she asked. When the rest of our food came, it was great, and we left laughing because of this one waitress who was killing it! Without her, I probably would have asked to talk to a manager- My husband and I wanted a nice dinner out, and after three hours we finally had food and were good to leave. At the very end, I had really craved some dessert, but I just wanted it to go- She packaged everything individually for me so I could warm it and enjoy it when I got home.Stellar Employee!
Love it best restaurant ever
Went for a quick lunch break from work. Server Jeff (whom told us he is actually the kitchen manager and was filling in to help out) did the best job! He was attentive, quick, and super friendly. Food came out quick and they had a co-workers Togo order ready when they dropped off the check. I ordered a meal that included fish. It was slightly under done for my taste but everything else was perfect. I’ve went here in the past and experienced slow service but I feel they’ve stepped it up which is unusual to see in the current staffing difficulties of Covid.
