I’ve been a loyal consumer of O’Charley’s since the late 90’s; it did its job as a young teenager and it still does as adult and parent.Are you going to be blown away by the offerings, decor, and flavor palette? No. But ain’t why you go to the OC. The people go to the OC for those crispy a** tenders and the warm but’tree rolls. Anything else is your fault (lbvs).The in-laws wanted to come in town to see their granddaughter so this was a perfect chill lunch options for everyone. The adults all ate well (various shrimp platters, tenders and sides) and the little one had…well everything but the real winner of the day was the cotton candy fizz (sprite with a side of cotton candy the children can add to the drink).Our server was excellent, kind and responsive. There’s options for take out and car delivery. We’ll definitely be back for another chill, affordable meal!
We had a large party come in for dinner, and our waitress, Jamie B, served us all like a champ! She was knowledgeable of the menu items, attentive, and genuinely friendly and fun to talk to. She felt like part of our group, honestly! We were all joking back and forth and sharing stories with one another. Please make sure to let her know how much we appreciated her adding to our wonderful family evening out!On top of outstanding service from Jamie, all of our dinners were delicious and well cooked, and all of our substitutions and requests were accurate. We never had to ask for refills or additional toppings/condiments, and all of our mid-meal orders for different drink options, more rolls, etc., were brought to us almost immediately. Thank you to Jamie and the cooks for an excellent time!
First of all let me say this. I just got this salad a few days ago and loved it so I ordered it again today. Well. First of all I found an orange in my ceaser dressing, I looked past that. As I'm eating my salad I bit on something hard and it was a peice of plexiglass. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for a manager. Meagan got on the phone very rude. I then asked for the corporate number and she rudely told me to hold. After being on hold Meagan never got on the phone, she sent the roadside server back on the phone to give me the number. I will no longer eat here again which is disappointing because I really liked that salad.
One of my favorite go to restaurants when i am in town. If you get to go/carryout, some meals are not as large as the eat in sizes. Try the blackberry tea if you like iced tea Dinner rolls are delicious. I always order a set of 6.
Andrew was a great server!! Very attentive and made our dining enjoyable. He wanted to make sure our dinner was as expected and addressed with the manager a minor mistake with the dinner. He took extra steps to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The manager shared his concern and expressed her apologies. Great food! Great service! Great dining experience!
This is my favorite O’Charleys meal and drink I got to enjoy tonight. However, my server Jamie was exceptional! Very pleasant with a great personality. Thank you so much, Jamie! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kelly was our waitress, she was AMAZING!! Attentive, Personable, just ON IT!!! My first time there, and we'll definitely be back. Food was awesome! Hot! Ribs, Steak and Chicken Tenders all seemed cooked to order, just an incredible experience. I'm new to the area, so this was a very nice welcome to what I'm used to. Thanks Again!!
We went out for a Sunday steak and had a lovely dinner here! Our server, Jamie, was very nice and incredibly attentive. Our food and drinks were delicious, not to mention the warm rolls we got when we sat down. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
Mary is the best host I’ve ever met. She makes you feel welcomed the moment we walk in the door. Mary is so polite. She asks permission before she lets you know about the fundraiser that is currently going on. She also let you know that the $5 coupon you receive after donating $5 never expires and you can use it on your next visit.That is great to know. Mary is definitely one of the many reasons we frequent this Morse Rd location. Thank you Mary for being so awesome!!!!
We often bring the family and enjoy eating dinner here. Jamie the waiter does a wonderful job and has a great personality. She is very efficient and doesnt even have to write down your order.
