Started going here several (5-7?) years ago for their delicious battered fish and chips. Nice big, lightly fried, delicious fish for $7.99. Quality continues to go downhill (much smaller pieces now and over cooked everytime) while prices continue to go up. ($11.99 now) Wouldn't mind the price so much if the size and quality was the same as it used to be but it's not. I won't be going back anymore. Will have to find a new place for fish.EDITED JUNE 2022: The manager of our local O’Charleys reached out to me and invited me back to make it right. I really appreciated her doing that.I went back tonight and she personally oversaw the preparing of my dinner and the fish was so much better. Therefore i am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars.
We ate here yesterday for the first time we generally go to the one in Reynoldsburg. We were so disappointed, I brought my daughter and granddaughter to this one because we were car shopping in the area. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive but the real issue wasn’t her it was the food. The shrimp appetizer was so heavily breaded and so much Buffalo sauce we couldn’t even tell it was shrimp inside. The potato soup was not even edible, The chicken fingers were tough and dry. The steak wasn’t flavorful. My bill was $85 after military discount then add in a tip and it was over $100 for mediocre food.
We get the fried chicken salads once a week and the last 2 weeks we’ve been very disappointed. We are getting smaller salad amounts and we’ve had to pick out a handful of hard white lettuce and that left us with even less salad! Also we’re getting what looks like 1 chicken tender when we used to get 2 . Not sure we’ll be able to continue the routine of easily ordering what was a delicious salad for dinner once a week.Thanks.
Had the Louisiana Steak with steamed Broccoli and a salad everything was good. Service was good. Wait time to get food was a little long but all our food was fresh and hot so I think the wait was worth it.
Wonderful dining experience. The new menu items are awesome. Try the chicken tenders with brown gravy and mushrooms. Amazing!!
Waited at a table for 10 minutes and still zero acknowledgement from any server. 5 p.m. on a Friday and we were only maybe the 4th set of adults at a table. Workers standing around doing nothing but yet no one could even acknowledge that we were there. 0/0 do not recommend.
Party platter of 3 full racks of ribs? I might be wrong but it looks like 2 racks
5 star rolls. They've updated their menu. I had some shrimp linguini thing that was pretty good. The funny thing is, beyond the rolls and the pie, I have to wonder what O'Charleys specializes in. Chicken tenders? Ribs? Steaks? Idk.
great food and great service. I am not a big fan of red meat but I ordered the bacon jam steak it was delicious. I totally recommended ?
Stopped by O'Charleys for lunch today. I always sit at the bar and Lisa Grimlich is always working. I ordered the Bone-in Ribeye with baked potato and broccoli. Lunch was delicious and the service was wonderful as always. Lisa always has a smile on her face and a warm greeting for all who sit in her section. Highly recommend Ocharleys! ♥????
