If you can get in and get a spot at the bar, it's a nice spot in the arena district. Kinda tucked away from the prime time action, but a good place to unwind at. A little tight on real estate and space, but good drinks and vibe.
Was in town for work and wanted to find a cool place to have a couple of cocktails. Novak's was an excellent choice! It is spacious and has very good selection of alcohols. Best part was the service...Bartenders Anna and Mel (Melanie) did a fabulous job, as well as bar back Chris! One piece of information I didn't see online before I visited...they don't have any food service. They are happy to let you bring in anything food wise though.
Amanda is THE reason I come to Novak’s!! Best bartender in the city. She’s so friendly and welcoming, you gotta check this place out!

The place was clean. The vibe was like a college town bar, but filled with people who were late 20s/early 30s. Drinks were decent. The bartenders acted like they were annoyed that they even had to take orders, serve drinks, or cash out.
I came into novaks for happy hour and the bartenders Brooke and Hannah greeted me with a smile, conversation was great and I really had a good time! I was staying next door for a convention and next year I will definitely come back and hope to see my two new favorites bartenders in town!
