Cake is good but the online service is below zero I wasted my time for waiting almost an hour and no one apologized or said anything about it.
Wow! Talk about amazing! Prepare to wow your taste buds. What a unique style and flavor cake. This cake has fluffy cream cheese icing in moderation therefore it is not spread entirely on the top of the cake ( which may I add is a perfect choice.) They also have very unique flavors such as my favorite ( white chocolate raspberry and classic vanilla.) and let’s say your just having a small craving for a bite but don’t want to purchase an entire cake…. You can get the mini single sized one. Personalize with mini signs that say Happy Bday all the way down to Happy Anniversary, or I love you! Not something you can get an entire Hulk head printed on so don’t go looking for a child’s birthday unless your child doesn’t care about appearance and can truly appreciate some good flavor. More on a more mature and adult style cake. Sleek and elegant , I would 5 tear this if I could into a wedding cake.
Wasn't impressed with service. I ordered on line so that I could pick up the order and not have to wait. I was even late by 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready, took forever to get ready and didn't get the tags for the cakes I ordered. No one greeted me when I came in, no smiles, nothing. Not returning. 3 stars for the cakes, which were great.
I won’t be back to this location. It’s the holiday season and I showed up 2 minutes after they closed and was turned away. I get you have policy but I ha e had the same situation at another location and they were more than happy to help me out. Be better than that.
I just love their cakes. However, because I’m a low carb diet I can only eat cake every other Friday as a treat. The red velvet is to die for, and the white raspberry cake. Yum yum feel up my tummy lol ? ? ?.
I would recommend looking at the menu online ahead of time if you’ve never been here. I stopped in for my first time visit on my birthday. I had no idea what I wanted and I was looking for some guidance/information from the employees. They were not very friendly or helpful. The cakes were pretty tasty though.
I logged into the site the Friday morning before Labor Day to place an order but could not place an order for the same day. I decided to stop by Saturday and buy several Bumdlets as a thank you to some staff who were working Sunday. Arrived at 4.45 Saturday only to find the store closed 2 hours early both Friday and Saturday. Those hours were not listed Friday morning, only that Holiday Hours may vary. I decided to give them another chance on Monday since the site did not say they were closed for the holiday. I sent an email asking if they would be open Monday morning and I have yet to receive an email letting me know. Bad customer service and not sure if I will visit again. Also, what business closes 2 hours early before a holiday when you were going to be closed the next 2 days anyway and when you had at least 3 associates still in the store at 4:45 Saturday.

I am always thrilled when I come in and see Elise working. She is always the sweetest and has the best attitude. She helped me place a big order for my niece’s birthday and she made the process very smooth and hassle free!
Too crazy about masks, I'll try another place!
