The only reason they get two stars is because the food is good. The customer service on the other hand was garbage. We went to the wrong location and attempted to call the right one. Unfortunately the phone number didn't work. When we got there they were rude. They denied having phone problems and didn't come outside to bring us our food despite ordering curbside. And of course forgot the silverware we requested. All in all a bad experience.
First and last time ordering from here. Waited for an hour to receive no food and bad service from a manager who didn’t have common courtesy to pick up and call to say food will not be delivered!
the spicy mac and cheese didnt taste much different from the regular.. and i found quite a few pieces of a different noodle mixed in ? sloppy
I ordered the pesto cav and added crusted chicken you can bounce the chicken from the floor and catch it it was so rubbery. My friend ordered buffalo chicken Mac and got barbecue same ordeal with the chicken. Very disappointed….
I have had a few good meals here, but the also a few disappointing ones. Most recently I ordered a penne Rosa with parm crusted chicken. The orde had no sauce, while I waited for the order I watched as the cooks and food prepers had their masks down, smoked cigarettes outside then came in to handle my food without washing their hands.Food was barely heated up, no sauce, and hardly any protein that I had paid for. Ended up getting home, taking 2 bites and threw it all out.Maybe it was a bad day, but none the less, this place is very much a roll of the dice.
Not open when they clearly state that they are, locked up and not open at noon on a Thursday. This store is extremely unreliable. When I've been here in the past few months the quality and service have been uneven.
Well, not much to be excited about here. This is like a fast food restaurant for over cooked tasteless pastas around the world. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles and pot stickers. The noodles were over cooked. They had hardly any sauce making them extremely sticky. The vegetables were almost under cooked making them a bit over crunchy. The pot stickers were ok. However, they also stuck together and as I ate them I found quite a few macaroni noodles leaving me to believe the cook is also sloppy.That was the only time I'll be trying this place. Not much to be desired for quality vs. Price.
I ordered from the wrong store so I had to reorder from this location and they did get the order out pretty fast however the meat balls got left out so I went back inside and they fixed the issue but I didn't get extra meat in my pan noodle order or extra cilantro. The extra cheese sauce for the Mac n cheese was on the side instead of in the Mac n cheese so by the time I got home the sauce was cold. Other than that everything tasted good. My oldest did say he wished his Mac n cheese noodles where cooked a little longer but I call it al dente.
Food was hot and tasty. Mac n cheese with pulled pork is awesome. A bit expensive but okay to splurge from time to time.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. It's not that the food is bad, it is the person they hired recently to manage the place. SHE. IS. TERRIBLE. On multiple occasions, Ive seen bunches of people just walk out. Tonight I ordered cauliflower gnocchi with broccoli and schucked corn and what I received was gnocchi and sauce. This woman is absolutely atrocious. Not only ineffectual and incompetent, but rude as well. Sorry but she should be fired immediately.
