I love Noodles & Company. Especially when we get a coupon to buy a small and get a small free. But what gets me is they charge you $4.42 for fees and delivery. The coupon is worth $6, so basically you only receive a $1.58 discount, depending on what you order. FYI you have to order $15 worth of food before they would deliver.

I didn’t know that “Wisconsin style” Mac n cheese meant that it came with little hairs sprinkled in ?. Food was okay but I’m pretty grossed out by that.

please for the love of god do not go to this restaurant. the workers were so passive aggressive when i confronted them about my problems. there was a hair in my penne rosa! not to note, they were also VAPING clearly in the back… i would not be surprised if the hair was not the only thing in my food. it was overall disgusting food and a dirty restaurant with staff that don’t care. please do not go here and give these workers your money. i would not be surprised if corporate shuts down this location. please do better and don’t be lazy.

What a waste of money. Ordered the regular size and honestly I would really like to know what the small looks like because this was the tiniest little portion. I got the Mongolian beef noodles and it literally had no meat, maybe like 3 little pieces and the sauce tastes like spicy spaghetti-o’s. First and last time eating here. Threw it in the trash and made a PB and J.

They could not make food accommodations or a simple order. The managed to over charge for a buttered noodle with spaghetti. It was almost like it was not on their menu.

As good as it ever was, liked the spaghetti. Lots of door dash action going on here, but only one groups dining in.

The food is just ok. I have had the issue of them being out of ingredients several times now. The wait isn't bad but I haven't been impressed by any of the food. The staff is always friendly and is willing to help you pick what you want. There is a great selection of drinks up front which is always nice to see. I like how there is wearing on the ground floor while there is also a second floor which you can sick pretty high up.

I think that this Noodle and Co. location is laid out and managed in a way that it is mostly accessible, given the fact that it is located in the middle of a city block. Because of its location, there is no opportunity for handicap parking, however there are such spots across Lane Ave. Upon entering, you are met with the section where the line to order forms. This area is a little bit narrow, as is the area in front of the cashiers where you order. However, after ordering, the rest of the floor plan is mostly open. This can accommodate wheelchairs, canes, seeing-eye dogs, and other assistive tools and technology. There is plenty of bench seating, as well as ample room at most tables to pull up a wheelchair. There is an upstairs section of seating that requires going up a staircase, but there is ample seating on the ground floor. There are no strong smells in the restaurant aside from the smell of food being cooked, nor is there any particularly loud noise. In fact, the only noise in the restaurant comes from the kitchen. This location also has bright enough lighting to see, however the lighting isn't overly bright - some tables have brighter lighting while others are dimmer. There are two exits at this location: one is the same door used for entry, and the other leads to an outdoor seating area. The entrance, as previously stated, is a little bit narrow. The second door that leads to the seating area is unobscured, however it might be difficult to maneuver once outside due to the placement of the outdoor seating and the rail separating the outdoor dining area from the sidewalk. Overall, I was satisfied with the stamdards of accessibility shown in this location. While there are a few things that seemed like they could be improved, it is hard for me to judge exactly what challenges (if any) the layout of this restaurant would present to a customer with a disability.

Food tastes terrible. Got pad Thai which didn’t even taste like pad Thai and tasted like rice noodles and the potstickers weren’t good either tasted like rubber with under seasoned meat inside.

Shout out to Alex (manager) for remaking our food and hand delivering it! You rock!! Food was yummy too!
