This company really went downhill. Went in to get the Japanese Pan noodle. Use to be a staple of mine for years. The noodle sauce was watery and had no flavor. The noodles generally have a slight sear to them, from being fried in a pan. These did not. They were barely warm, let alone seared. I ordered extra mushrooms, literally found Zero mushrooms. Place is garbage now. Feels like fast food and didn't feel healthy or taste good at all. Its not the same Pan Noodle they had 10 years ago. If you're gonna spend $15.00 on bad fast food you might as well get a cheap meal to go from a real restaurant. I tried 2 different locations just to make sure, and both disappointed hard. I can't bring myself to try the Penne Rosa. I will just remember the restaurant for what it use to be and move on.
Years ago I use to come here all the time! So much so that I actually got burnt out on it from eating it so much (it's soooo good) so today I stopped in and of course, the Penne Rosa is still the bomb dot come ? on top of their delicious food, the have great friendly staff!! Today I got the pleasure to meet 1 of their staff members who rang me out (unfortunately I didn't catch her name ?) she was working the register and she was just the absolute sweetest and very friendly! The 2 gentleman in the back were as well, & all 3 of them seemed to work very well together. ? Can't wait to stop again!!
Decent service, the prices are high given the portion sizes.

Miss Lisa is the most wholesome and useful server I've encountered in memory. Food was good and hot (got the spicy korean beef). Well done!

I am such a picket eater, so I thought I would try something different, and OMG! it was delicious. This is definitely going to be my go to restaurant

The food is exactly what you think it is and the best of that kind. The people at this location are nice and attentive. Ive literally never had an incorrect order here
