Unhelpful staff. I went in with a question about descaling my machine. The man seemed annoyed that I would ask such a question and told me to go to you tube and watch a video. I really thought they would be more helpful or at least nicer about it to their customers. I was going to buy some coffee but walked out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was so excited to actually come across this store. I have the machine and have always had to order online. My friend and I walked into the store and only ask a few questions and was treated like we were bothering him. We went about our business still with full intentions of a purchase when another staff member walked up to the gentleman that had been rude to us and that employee, clearly were having a conversation about us with eye rolls and all. I grabbed my friend and we exited the store. I will never return and would throw the whole dang machine away if it wasn’t so expensive. I will never return to this store. I was surprised when I read the reviews and seen how long this has been going on with clearly no resolution. Good luck staying in business with this economy, if this is how you allow your employees to treat your customers.

I visited this store once before, about a year ago, and everything was fine. We usually order our coffee online, but since we were in the mall we thought we’d stop by. Right upon entering, the employee was incredibly rude and asked us (without any greeting) to “get out of the doorway.” That wouldn’t have been a problem if the counter wasn’t placed 4 feet inside of the door, and if he had welcomed us in with more than a blank stare before barking instructions at us.I should have left right then and there, but I went ahead with an $80 coffee purchase. He wasn’t much more friendly throughout that transaction, either.They need to fire this guy and revamp the staff (based on the other bad reviews), or no one is ever going to want to enter the store. I certainly won’t be back.

I can't agree more about the customer experience. The employees are the worst. We're never ordering again from the store, just online. We have had many orders placed at the store and we never felt welcomed, as if customers pick up coffee for free! Nespresso, revamp your staff at this store; they're chasing your customers away.

I received a machine for Mother’s Day. The first time I used it water was all over my counter. Tried to use it a second time to ensure it wasn’t a user error and water is again all over my counter. The customer service is awful and will not return my machine. So incredibly disappointing and frustrated.

The majestically stunning woman with purple hair was beyond helpful! I wouldn't buy my pods from anyone but her, she opened my eyes to multiple new perspectives and flavors. Thanks ?

You’re better off ordering online, they don’t really give you a great experience. One of the guys who works here is rude. The other lady seemed nice, didn’t feel welcome so I left, order online instead.

I have never been so excited to buy 3 machines for my sisters and I. Instead I wasn’t greeted at all. In the wild we are living in today I would think customer service would be more important than anything. Instead they are only worried if you are wearing a mask. I kept trying to ask questions about all the machines because it was very overwhelming. I had no idea about any of them. Instead she was so snotty and said she would not talk to we without wearing a mask. I told her I have a heart condition and have had 2 heart surgeries that prevent me from wearing a mask. I began to take out my doctors paperwork that I carry everywhere and she said “I don’t need to hear about your medical conditions. To say I was shocked is a understatement. I have never been so taken off guard or treated that way in my like. They should really pay attention to the people they are talking to. I will be in contact with the store and have contacted my doctors. It is completely uncalled for the way she treated me.

Beyond irritating that they don't take cash or discover.

Have been drinking Nespresso for year using mail order. When my last order was late it was nice to have a local to pick up a couple of boxes. When it was still late this local boutique looked into it and gave us several complimentary boxes to get us through. That is excellent customer service recovery. I will stay with Nespresso because of the actions of these local employees in Columbus.
