The food is consistently SO good! Delicious, fresh, and authentic Taiwanese and Chinese dishes. Those who comment the food is bad probably aren’t Asian/accustomed to authentic food. They also have a pretty wide selection of drinks and desserts, which are generally very good, fresh, and not disgustingly sweet and processed like KFT.I rate 4 stars for 2 reasons:- I’ve tried multiple green tea drinks from here, and they have an odd flavor that’s almost fishy to me. I love their other drinks, but don’t recommend any with green tea.- I almost applied to work here but didn’t because they pay their employees below minimum wage and justify that with the fact that their workers receive tips. For any type of job where customers are not expected to tip, employees should absolutely receive at least minimum wage. For this reason I take away a star and highly recommend that you tip the employees (in cash) when you visit. They deserve fair pay anyway, but they have always been very kind everytime I visit.TL;DR: I highly recommend this place for authentic Taiwanese and Chinese food & great (non green tea) drinks!
Poor customer service. I don’t ask for much but damn, I felt like the main worker guy wanted to hit me. Lolol
Won’tcome back for sure. Teas are diluted and poor quality. I ordered green tea for my employees and got myself a brown sugar tea. I have had alot but just by looking at what I received, i know this is NOT a typical brown sugar i expected.
While waiting to get a to go order I watched the man make several drinks and he was not only not wearing gloves; he poured the tea over his own hand as it went into the cup. #gross
Just stay away from this place. Listen, I get mistakes but how you handle the mistakes is what is important to me. And I’ve been to places with horrible customer service because the food is worth it… but, HELL NO!! Food is garbage. My kids won’t even eat it and I have garbage disposals as kids. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I mean they have a 3.5 review rating. Need I say more!
I would have given you five stars if you would have included some broccoli in the General Tso's chicken. If there was an option to add vegetables to this dish via online ordering, I would have added vegetables. Please include options to order just vegetables with a choice of like General Tso's or garlic sauce. Thank you. I paid for extra bubbles?
Their coconut ? milk tea is great the only down side is that you gotta wait 15 min even with just one person ahead of you, there’s only one worker. Be patient.
Ordered and was missing a tea. Straws are too skinny, bubbles get stuck and can’t drink. No descriptions in ordering app.
Horrible service, unbelievable a place that excepts tips doesn’t do so for services requested.
This was a great place to get some tea! The workers here were really nice, and the tea tasted delicious. The wait was pretty short as well. This place also wasn't too busy when my friend and I were there. I would recommend this place to everyone who is a fan of tea or wants to try something new.
