Had to show some love for this spot. They have a really good vegetarian bahn mi, unfortunately no tofu or protein option but it’s all good. The bread is crispy, veggies nicely pickled, and a nice spice with the jalapeños. Wish they had a couple more vegetarian items but I can’t complain. Staff is always nice and prices are super affordable. They said they were struggling during Covid so I try and jump over for a sandwich as much as I can.
For context, I have been blessed with opportunities to travel to Vietnam in recent years, and have fallen in love with noodle soup (pho). One of the friends I made in Vietnam has moved to the US, and my family and I got to help make pho for a meal together, which was awesome. This same friend recommended this restaurant, and anytime I'm in the area, I try to eat here.Excellent authentic pho. This is a simple restaurant, not where you go for a fancy gathering, and probably not for a first date, but an excellent meal as always. Bonus points in that they also have an "extra large" option, great for larger appetites (not that the large is lacking. My picture is of the large). I was on motorcycle, and several miles from home, so I didn't want all that broth to have to...process through, lol. Large pho was around $11, extra large around $14. There were other sizes, I just didn't pay attention to those costs since I wasn't entertaining smaller than large. ?.Only a couple miles from Iron Pony, so my motorcycling siblings can eat here before dreaming and shopping.
Not your fanciest restaurant. Good menu. Reasonable prices.Bubble tea was refreshing. Spring rolls was a little dry. Grill pork with rice was okay. Smaller portion of meat. The pho was great. Oil and garlic peppers makes a huge difference. Will probably go back for the Pho and bubble tea.
Cinnamon French Toast was very good. It was served with fluffy scrambled eggs and good bacon. I ordered the egg white and veggie omelet. I asked for a change, whole eggs. It was served burnt on the bottom. It was served open like a pancake instead of folded like an omelet (to hide the burnt side?). Toast was cold. Butter didn't melt. I can't believe the server brought the dish to the table. As a former server myself, I wouldn't have served it. She never asked if everything was okay. She knew. I don't send food back. I just won't return.
Pho foodie here telling you Mi Ali cafe has Amazing pho. It’s a weekly stop for me. I move every couple years and must always hunt down the best pho I can find for some comfort and this is the place for me. Extra large bowl is well worth the $14 bucks. Do yourself a favor and stop by, haven’t had anything else do eont comment beyond the pho
The Food Here is amazing! The Beef stew is top notch. Eat here if u can u won't be sorry.
First visit. Great menu. Good service. Loved the summer and egg rolls. Loved the vermicelli and grilled pork. Loved the pho with rare beef.
We went on New Years Day. It was busy, but we grabbed the last available table. Service was prompt and food came quickly. Portions were large and food was very filling. The price was reasonable for what we received. We will be back again soon. The spring rolls and beef pho are a must.
Nice and clean. Altho it's a bit crowded here, service is fast and good. I had Banh Mi and Bun Bo Hue, deserve 5 star.
Love Mi Li Cafe. Best pho by far. Family own business with great service. Eggrolls are crispy, and try the bubble tea
